Suzi got me my dream home and is the most wonderful real estate agent I've ever worked with. From day one, she was upfront and transparent regarding everything about the property, and made sure all my needs were met during the process.She is honest, kind, and very responsive and helped me through all the difficulties that came up with the property acquisition. Suzi’s ability and talent to welcome people into her life as more than a client is amazing. Suzi is incredibly well versed in the real estate market, different cities, price ranges, and styles. She explains the market and the process of house hunting and buying so well I end up feeling like an expert. She fights so hard for her clients, working tirelessly hours. She also has an incredible eye for style, decorating, furnishing and putting a personal touch on a house. To have a cherry on top, she sends the most thoughtful housewarming gifts when closing. I absolutely love Suzi. Buying a house wouldn’t be the same without her!

I am the person that never posts reviews or anything on the internet so please take a second to read this review. I cannot begin to explain how incredible Suzi is. She has the perfect combination of knowledge, class, drive and connections that are critical to finding and closing on a house in today’s market. She was perfect through every stage of the home buying experience. I will divide my post into sections to ty to give an organized account of events.Searching for a Home –Suzi bent over backwards to accommodate our schedules and responded within minutes of just about every text we ever sent her. She sent suggestions that were perfect for our budget and needs and talker her way into viewings even when all timeslots were full.Putting Together an Offer – Like everyone else, we put in multiple offers on homes before one was accepted but were successful on our third try. This is rare in this market and I attribute everything to Suzi. Suzi is very successful, and I know that she does not need the commission from your sale to get by and therefore has the freedom to act in her client’s best interest. Her main motivation is first and foremost doing what is best for her clients and is not in a rush to put you in a home. She helped us craft offers that were strategic and realistic. She is very blunt about what it will takes to close on a house but never pressures you into making a decision. She prepared us to bid over ask when needed but was upfront when listings were asking too much. She is amazing with contracts and was able make our offer competitive with all cash offers while ensuring our risks were mitigated. I am a 40-year-old first time home buyer but also negotiate energy contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars. I am very familiar with contract language and negotiations and was extremely impressed with Suzi’s knowledge and advice.Closing – This was without a doubt the most amazing part of the Suzi experience. We had a very tight closing timeline and were on vacation when our offer was accepted. Suzi was able to call and convince multiple inspectors, plumbers, roofers, etc.. to come to the house within a a day’s notice. This was extremely impressive and I was fortunate enough to witness some of the calls firsthand and her WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER charisma and drive that was the ultimately the only reason we were able to complete all inspections and receive estimates within 5 days of our offer being accepted (our inspection contingency was to be removed on the 6th day per our agreement). One morning I awoke to a text from Suzi saying she had procured an additional inspector just to double check a prior report and would be paying for their services since she it was her idea to get the second opinion. I feel like this rarely happens in today’s world. Should you choose Suzi as an agent, be prepared to be impressed.We witnessed many interactions with other agents along our home buying journey and always walked away knowing our agent had the upper hand in all interactions. She has such class and integrity in an industry plagued with greed and deceit. It is a breath of fresh air to know that there are still people like Suzi in the world. Finally, as an added bonus, her husband is a very successful contractor which means Suzi knows a lot about renovations and costs associated with such work.I would love to post my phone number and talk to you for hours over the phone about what an amazing agent Suzi is but unfortunately that is not the world we live in. Please trust me in that everything above is genuine and sincere, and I truly hope you pick this amazing woman to be your agent.Best of luck!
