They don't go by the reservation time/appointment. I sat there for a while, while they took people ahead of me, who came after me and reservation time was after mine. Not going back. Learn customer service.

Great location, the front desk girl is rude, she never smiles. But the staff who cut hair are pleasant. Do not go here on Friday and Sundays it is packed.

Have always had good cuts at this Supercuts location, but this morning I had an exceptional experience with stylist Roxanne.
Roxanne gave the usual good cut, but more important was so friendly and personable, a wonderful conversationalist, and made me feel like a valued client, not just another customer walking in and out the door.

We made an appointment and we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. An hour later, we were still waiting. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Not thrilled. Never had a haircut go so quickly. No attention to detail. Wont be coming back. You know that feeling after a haircut where you feel fresh. Well, that was not this.

New prices are steeper than those at Supercuts in Beverly Hills and no offer was made for any discounts even though I am a senior citizen and military retiree. Also, why do you get a different stylist each time you visit and find that the person who did a great job last time is no longer there?

The check in system doesn't make sense. They can never honor the time that you selected. They also spend more time answering the phone while trying to cut your hair. They used to have someone managing the phone and it isn't efficient to stop the haircut to answer the phone and quote people a fake time to check in.

Loved my haircut experience with Roxanne. Such a pleasant person, listened to what I needed and performed with a lovely haircut. Very happy and this will be my regular place.

Parking shouldn't be issue. Some staff is better than others but a very unreliable system. Supercuts is meant to be convenient, then why is there always an intolerable wait when an appointment has already been scheduled.
