Spent $50k+ here for new house build and the post-purchase support has been non-existent. Small items like a garage disposal not working and no meaningful support to help replace it. They failed to deliver an entire bathtub and again no support. Left us hanging and had to purchase another one (Obviously from a different supplier). If on-going customer service is important to you I’d go elsewhere.
On the plus side the items I ordered that did arrive were nicely labeled so we knew what items were supposed to be installed in the right rooms.

He contacted Lee's and they needed to examine our HVAC system to see if it will be suitable to get the system. They came in on Wednesday evening and told me that my system will need some repair before we can get the system. It was reasonable and wanted to discuss with SO before anything.

If u have intend to come this store , u should not come. I had a very bad experience to buy stuffs here. About 2 months ago I came this store to buy 2 faucets one is for bathtub and other for standing shower . Before buying the faucets I asked them carefully that if 2 weeks I could receive my orders I would buy them. They promised me that about 1 week or 10 days I could get them..I waited for 2.weeks but didn't hear from them to call me for picking up my orders. I called them and asked about my orders . They told me few more days I would get them . And tried to wait and wait 1 week ....2 weeks 5 weeks I got 2 faucets I ordered instead of 1 week or 10 days like they wrote in my paid receipt . And my contractor could not wait to finish my bathroom . They had another contract to other house. Then I had to wait 1 more month when they finished that house and came back to finish my bathroom. And when they came back they put the faucet for bathtub and found out the faucet leaked. I had to bring the faucet back to the store and they try to fix it. And I asked the guy who is working over there that if u fix it and after couple weeks it leaks agian who will response for that? He said company guarantee about that but I have to pay for labor . I told him why u knew this faucet is leaking u don't send me a new one . He said the new one is the same problem. I said I will get other style. He told me something that I didn't understand but I knew he tried to refuse my suggestion . They didn't want to take responsibility for thier merchandise. They just wanted to get money from your pocket then walk away without responsibility. I paid 1400 for 2 set of faucets +1800/1 month extra.for renting while I had to wait my contractor came back to finish my bathroom+ plus couple more thousand dollars if this faucet doesn't work I have to.pay for labor to redo my plumbing.?????? So thier 2 sets of faucet would be at least $5000. That is so ridiculous. F****** up this store. They r so dishonest and terrible sellers. P/s I couldn't return thier merchandises bcz I can't wait to order them from other store bcz I will have to wait another month to get my contractor come back to finish my bathtub.All mistakes r from them but they never appogy me or talk about thier responsibility.

The best hardware store in the district! I like this place because they have so many pleasant people in here ready to help and aid you with the choosing of the correct item.

Changed the name from Cotswold Kitchen + Bath to avoid service and sales problems, but you can expect the same lackluster service here at Specialty. After the sale David Bennett will not lift a finger to help with any customer satisfaction or service issues. Because of guys like him buying on the web still requires caution. Go back to England David where service doesn't matter anyway.
