I've rented twice from the Beverly Hills location and the in person customer service is excellent. Maso was very helpful and made sure I got everything I wanted. The car worked great and returning it was a breeze. Will rent again soon. A++

I've been going to SIXT and their Beverly Hills location a ton this year, since I rent a good amount and have found that SIXT in general has a great program and some of the best cars. I recently signed up for their subscription/Sixt+ program, and in doing so, have been back and forth a half dozen times that last two weeks. I had the best experiences and displays of customer service I have seen or experienced at any rental car company. A special shout out to Sierra, Joseph and Angelo from the Beverly Hills team who, each in their own way and on my separate visits, made me feel welcomed, informed and gave me the attention and service I needed with the various situations and questions I was in with regarding the new program I signed up for. Their knowledge of the business and in particular answers to my questions for this new program were superhelpful and informative. Thank you for making my experience one that was easy and that made me feel like a valued customer!

The customer service at this branch was exceptional and very body was so kind ! THE Gordon, in particular was extremely helpful and gave us an upgrade for the same price range. This was a highlight of our day, the car we got was amazing and beyond our expectations ! Next time I come to LA I will for sure come back to this specific branch.

The staff was very friendly at first. Unfortunately, some things went downhill from there:The car we received showed us a maintenance notification shortly after 70 miles. So, I guess no one really checked the car properly after the last customer returned it.A week after returning the car we got a mail that we returned the car too late (which was not true). It took several mails back and forth until we got repaid the false amount.On top of that it turned out that someone at the desk "sold" us an additional insurance which we didn´t want, because we already booked full coverage in advance and said so explicitly.There were 5 people waiting behind us to get a car, so we felt rushed and didn´t read the contract properly - which was def our fault - but we trusted the employee. I asked again if the amount was just completely the deposit and he said Yes.Somehow that was not true, and we needed to pay an extra of 180 USD.My advice would be to take your time and check everything patiently a hundred times - no matter how many people are waiting behind you.

The service and attitude at this branch are exceptional! Despite a situation where the car we originally reserved wasn't available, the staff, particularly THE Gordon, went above and beyond to assist us. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a higher class SUV within the same price range. This outcome has truly exceeded our expectations and we're thrilled with it!

I had an overall great experience with this place until I got the invoice. I always rent from Sixt and before I return the car I always stop at a gas station to fill up because I don’t want to pay for the overpriced pre fuel fee. Well, as I got the invoice I got a 50 dollar fee for refueling BUT I had just stopped at the gas station and spent $64 dollars to fill it up minutes before delivering it. I got the refund for the fuel fee from customer support, but if I didn’t check the invoice, I would have been ripped off. So before you return the vehicle at this location, take pictures and keep your gas receipt!

Joseph was phenomenal! He was very professional and personable. He helped me to rent a fun car for my birthday weekend after I was unable to rent with another location. I will be using this location for my future visits thanks to his outstanding customer service. It’s nice when you meet people who really care about the customers and take the time to do what they can to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Thank you Joseph and Sixt!

The two gentlemen that were working the counter when I came in last Wednesday for my rental were very professional and helpful. They did not have the 5 series that I reserved and they immediately upgraded me to a 7 series! I still have the rental and it is spectacular! Highly recommend renting from this Sixt location and the staff there deserve the recognition of going above and beyond in helping the customer.

We always rent a car when we go on a road trip. I strongly advise before buying a new car to rent it first and take it on a Road trip. Figure out all the things you like and don't before you buy it. I loved everything about this car except BMWs always want to put that new phone charger plug that I hate. Why can't they just be USB everywhere #Don'tMakeItDifficult.

Seriously reconsider renting from this company. Employees are rude and that is the least of your worries. I waited 45 minutes for my car to be "pulled around". I finally get tired of waiting and go back inside and they tell me "oops, we don't have your car here". When I returned the vehicle I handed the keys to the person inside and they told me I would receive an email. Now I am being hounded because "my car return is late". GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER, SIXT

Hey. I've returned my rental at this location. Had a bit of the issue with the rental agreement which was showing $200 extra to what I agreed to pay.Phoned customer service and they were helpful but told me pay everything and then we will try to resolve it however Gordon in this branch, managed to look deep in to my case and fix the issue within few minutes so I was charged properly and had no issues whatsoever after the rental.Big credit to Gordon for willing to help without and hesitation even when different branch messed up the agreement. He is a credit to your company.Best Regards and thank you very much Gordon

Waited 3 hours because they didn’t have the car I reserved and wouldn’t give me another unless I paid an upgrade fee of over $200The finally caved at closing time and gave me the upgrade had me bring it back the next day and still didn’t have a car for me so told me to keep the one I had.I have to add that was very nice of sixt to show thier concern and leave thier customer service number so they can investigate further. I called got India on the line they said why are you calling us we cannot do anything about it after waisting more time waiting for them to answer and asking me every single detail after I gave them my reservation #. One more thing now the tried to bill me for being 5 min late but I got that taken care of
