We hired a car at Sixt Beverly Hills office in June 2024, despite the concierge of our hotel warned us not to do so, because the customer service at this office was very unreliable. And he turned to be right! The car itself was fine. But we went to the office personally the day before and agreed with them that the car would be delivered to our hotel on the next day. They never showed up! After waiting 45 min we had to take a taxi to the sales office. All they said was that cars had to be collected there, without even apologizing. We obviously expressed our anger, and finally the sales manager promised she would discount 50 Dollar for the inconveniences when returning the car. This never happened! When returning the car in Las Vegas we were told that we had to contact customer care to file a complaint, which we did without any result. So very disappointing experience. Will surely take another car rental company next time!

Really pleased with services provided by Suzana Ahmed and staff. The Car we booked over the phone with customer services was not available at the pickup location(Beverley Hills branch). However the Branch Manager Suzana A and her team were very helpful in resolving the situation. I found their professionalism and service extraordinary at the time of delivery.

We rented a convertible from this company and were extremely satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Jordan, who assisted us with the paperwork. The car was in excellent condition, and the trip went smoothly without any issues. The company's app is very user-friendly and intuitive, making the rental process much easier. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and reliable car rental service!
