Wasted 15 minutes driving here only to find out all of their pumps have been stopped .
The gas only works when the station is open .
Don’t waste your time coming here unless it’s before 7 PM because nobody knows what time they’re really open until .

Everytime I go in the afternoon to evening the attendant there always has an attitude. I ask for $40 on a pump and I want to use my reward points and get just goes straight to the transaction without letting me put in my information. When i bring it up to him he rolls his eyes and is passive aggressive. Last time I went half the pumps were not working. I brought it to his attention and he said "go figure it out"

Beware: Rude Service at Local Shell Station: Avoid this Shell station if you value courtesy. After spending $50, my daughter and I were rudely told to leave the premises by the owner for merely sitting in our car. His response to my complaint about his behavior? A dismissive "That's nothing, who cares," followed by profanity. Shocking disrespect from a business owner with a tone of racism mixed in. There’s a friendlier, cheaper gas station right across the street. Vote with your wallet—skip this place.

I had a really bad experience at a Shell station and I just had to let others know about it. The owner was super rude and dismissive and even went as far as to use totally inappropriate language and make racist comments towards us. It's not cool to be treated that way, so I would definitely suggest finding somewhere else to go instead of supporting this business. There are plenty of other places where you'll be treated with respect and appreciation, and where your business will be valued.

3/19/2024 - regular gas $4.79. So far they have the best gas prices around Beverly Hills, CA. Their air pump is always working, which is nice!! I get gas here all the time.

Ran by racists. They won't respect you unless you're the same ethnicity. The clerk tried spitting on me last night when I caught him cancelling my discount and trying to scam me. Greedy folks. They have skimmers too. Reporting them to Shell and the Weight & Balance board.

Horrible place. Horrible person that works in here. This guy always closes early, whenever he feels like it. Sometimes up to two hours before he's even supposed to. I showed up at 10:30 when he wasn't supposed to close till midnight, and when I asked him why the pumps were shut off, he took my picture took a picture of my car and then called the police. I politely asked, I was even nice. It's crazy how he's acting and that he would do something so disturbing.

Two stars is GENEROUS! I would give one but here's why: came to put air in one tire. After trying for five minutes to get some air in, air didn't seem like it was going inside the tire. Tried again, the timer ran out. Paid for it a second time to try to see if anything was going wrong. Go inside to ask the guy at the counter if he can help, says he can't but he'll let it run again for free (that's why this is two stars and not one). Still doesn't work. Air pressure went from 27 to 19. After trying the gas station across the way, their air pressure was much more powerful from the nozzle and that worked on the tire.

This station is super convenient, lighting is great at night. With my trusty Ralph's loyalty program card number or cell entered it always ends being cheaper than the crazy station across the street! Come here to pump gas and save yourself a headache! Now all they need is a car wash!
