TLDR: This Sephora spreads misinformation and has pretentious, condescending staff.
No wonder they have two stars.
They have this pretentious, arrogant, condescending aesthetician, who lied to me about knowing what cosmetic chemists say about a particular type of product.
She doesn’t understand the science.. But I do. I have a degree in pharmacology. And guess what. I know cosmetic chemists. I went to school with them. They agree with me.
I was tempted to blast her with the complicated science that she clearly doesn’t understand, but I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time.
Just know this: this Sephora spreads misinformation.

Worth custumer service ever!!! Basicly lied to us dumb no knowledge of anything slow they basicly acting snob when they make $8 hour lol delusional absolutely worth welcoming!!! I usuelly go malibu they always nice there no make up artist available store was empty no wonder
some staff was so slow talk to us no clue what they were talking about prob triple boosted brain dead never again going this location. Nasty democrats!!!! Trump 24

The greeters at most stores are completely useless. Do I really need to be welcomed to a store by someone who can't leave their post or answer any questions? Hardly. That being said, Ashley was wonderful! She was so knowledgable about the products and so very helpful. She even offered to ring me up. What a great shopping experience she provided. Thanks, Ashley!

It is very friendly and has a variety of products and a large space.Parking is available in nearby public parking lots, and is usually free for two spaces.

This Sephora is by far the best one in the LA area, at least from my experience today. I have been looking for the D Bronzi Drunk Elephant Drops and have been to 5 stores and they didn't have it. They had them here! I noticed a few other items that are usually out of stock in other stores were in stock there! And it's the Holiday season as well. Also, someone please give Kari a raise. She is so sweet and helpful! She made my shopping experience seamless and excellent!

I've been to several Sephoras here in La and this seemed to be best location as far as product availability. Walked right in and the staff assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. They made shopping a smooth process.
