Great clean friendly and efficient office. The front desk is very helpful with any questions and concerns. Dr. Massachi and his team are extremely professional, going over all my questions and concerns prior to a thorough exam. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional experience.

NEW PATIENT PLEASE READ, or interested in being a new patient. I was looking for a new physician. Based on the 4.9 stars, I was excited to be a new patient for Dr. Massachi. I also had to get my bloodwork done urgently for my Gyno to review. When I came in for my first appointment, I discovered there is a mandatory annual membership fee of $360.00. I usually only speak to my doctor once a year for my annual visit. It was very disappointing but what was even more frustrating is that when I called in advance to make the appointment, the office did not disclose this to me, literally wasting my time. My time was been completely wasted and now I have to wait another week to see my original doctor. The benefits were also normal standard practice I got from my previous doctor - so I just went back to my other doctor. The only reason I was looking for someone knew is because my original doctor is overwhelmed with too many patients.

Dr. Massachi has a remarkable ability to make you feel comfortable and cared for, even during the most challenging health issues. I came to him as a second opinion in regards a health concern I had but immediately realized I should've come to him as my Primary care physician. Not only did him & his staff take the time to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and explain complex medical information to me but they also took the time to further research a Pharmacy that had the proper medication available as soon as possible closer to my home. I was afraid they wouldn't take my health insurance but to my surprise they do take insurance which was Amazing! This level of patient-centered care is rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Massachi and staff for your outstanding care!

I thought I found the right doctor until his office implemented an annual "administrative fee" regardless of the number of visits. It's a shame because I like the doctor.

The best doctor. I have been to many doctors and they barely examin you. Dr. Massachi is amazing, kind, patient and caring. I would recommend him to anyone that wants an amazing doctor that actually spends time with his patients.

I've had an exceptional experience with Dr. Massachi. He is the only doctor I know that explains things in a way that I understand. He truly cares about each and everyone of his patients. Dr. Massachi and his staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for my annual physical evaluation a week ago. I have received so many calls and emails to confirm but they never mentioned there will be $200 annual administration fee until I got here for the actual appointment.When I asked his associates why the office didn’t mention this fee before and they just said we won’t tell our patients until they get here and you can hold to pay it on your second visit!!! So I canceled.They don’t understand that patients have take hours off from work etc and for this instance I had to be fast for over 10 hours for no reason! Unprofessional!!

I've been Dr. Massachi's patient since moving to Los Angeles about eight years ago, and see him at least six times annually. He's kind, caring, and conscientious, but also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Any time I have a follow-up question or need something urgently, he personally returns my call the same day. Perhaps most importantly, he seems to genuinely care about whether or not I'm doing well, always going above and beyond. I have a number of chronic conditions that require specialists, and he makes sure to keep in contact with each one. Can't recommend highly enough,
