My husband came in for a suit. Dre ( Andrea) was very personable, helpful and suggested some shirt and sock options that were spot on. One of the shirts was out of stock in his size so she ordered it online for us to be delivered to our home. Great service Andrea! Kirill is the manager and was also very personable, friendly and what struck me was his passion for the brand. His enthusiasm for Sandro was contagious. We love their clothes anyway… but we’ll definitely go back to the Beverly Hills/ Rodeo location to buy more, specifically because it was such a pleasure to shop there.

Ohhh Emmm Gee. I absolutely had the most wonderful customer experience at this Sandro locale. The staff at this location was absolutely amazing... matter fact, superCALIfragilisticexpialidociously fantastic. Its been a long while since I've been able to recall such a kind, empathetic and friendly shopping experience.I really appreciate the way manger Kirill handled my transaction with ease along with the friendly assistance of Elijah thereafter, who was also the associate on the floor. This is an example of customer service at its finest where one is made to feel like a human not just a transaction and treated with compassion.I thank you two humans for such a wonderful shopping experience at your Sandro location and I hope this review is able to convey that.I'll be sure to make my way back for another amazing garment...or two? :PXoXo

Poorest customer service. Osanti the manager hung up the phone on me because I was inquiring about a price adjustment that he claimed would not happen through a sale a day later. I would not recommend this particular store and especially dealing with Osanti. This individual was so off-putting that I will not be supporting Sandro clothing ever again.

Not sure if this store is run by the company or not, but I’ll say that the company has THE worst customer service! They don’t return messages when there’s an issue. And, the company workers lack customer service skills. If I ever want to order their clothes, I now know that I need to buy them from a retailer that has a reputation for good service, such as Bloomingdales or Nordstrom.

Nobody answers the phone. The store has posted that it opens at 11am but nobody is there. I was waiting and actually got a parking ticket trying to go to this store. I will not try to shop this brand again. Too much of a hassle!

Beware of return policy! They hard sell and don’t tell you - only store credit on returns.

Yuliy is kind, professional and amazing. This location is by appointment only at the moment and they are and have been doing a great job with health and safety during these covid times.
