It's not often that you encounter someone as kind as James while shopping in Beverly Hills. He made our shopping experience spectacular with his in-depth knowledge of the collections as well as the genuine warmth that he exudes. He makes you feel welcome and treats customers like kings and queens. Thank you for your excellent customer service and for making us feel so comfortable.

My wife has a couple of Ferragamo items and recently felt like getting a pair of Sunglasses there. She had noticed a very nice design a couple of years ago at the Ferragamo store in the Beverly Center. We went to the Rodeo Store location last week to see what they had to offer. Free parking around the corner in a large above ground structure. There were lots of people walking around, probably mostly Tourists. The Ferragamo store is well lit and organized nicely. Many staff members eager to assist await you inside. We looked at at the Sunglasses display for some time until Jane found the perfect pair. They were strong, stylish, and fit her face perfectly. She was very happy with her purchase. This is a beautiful store and is surrounded by other similar establishments. Highly recommended.

We came to Ferragamo to pick up several items for Christmas and left empty handed due to the rude service. We were followed around the store by an unhelpful associate who treated us like he expected us to steal something and who seemed more interested in trying to get us to leave than assisting us.

I was at Salvatore Ferragamo for my first time with my niece visiting from Mexico. We were greeted by Sabrina who was very welcoming and helpful. I have never shopped on Rodeo Drive. as it is not in my budget. Sabrina made my experience a memorable one. Very professional, attentive and sweet. Thank you Sabrina.

I have been a loyal client of Ferragamo for a long time. I have a wide range of Ferragamo products, most of which are imported from Europe. Occasionally, I visit the Ferragamo store at Topanga mall. However, today I decided to go to the Beverly Hills store to purchase new products and have my shoes repaired, as they were damaged at another store. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the manager, Joshua. It is disappointing to see a store manager who lacks professionalism in such a luxury brand. Without understanding the issue, he simply gave me the vibe of “leave the store“. I felt like his manner of speaking was disrespectful and offensive towards me and my wife. Even when I expressed my concerns about his behavior, he responded dismissively, suggesting that there could have been a better way to handle the situation. Instead of apologizing and addressing the reason for my visit, he gave off a vibe, "leave the store." I have never experienced such a level of disrespect from someone who not only lacked respect but was also rude to us. Despite driving 40 miles to visit this store and purchase new shoes and other items for my wife, I intend to escalate this matter to the headquarters.

I was helped by Jimmie Enciso, and within 3 mins of me being in the store he sold me on stuff. This was a long time ago I just found his business card in my wallet so I had to take time out for my man Jimmie.

I love this brand and everything that it represents but the store in Beverly Hills is a whole Nother experience and disappointment. I purchased a belt and two pairs of shoes. The shoes I was not able to try on because they didn't have the right size so the salesman James ordered them from Hawaii to be delivered to my home. When they arrived which was about four days later they did not fit so I needed to return them which I was very willing to drive into Beverly Hills to return them. I spoke to four different people on the phone and they were telling me I was not authorized to return them but yet I needed to drive down there to discuss this with them. When I arrived with the two boxes it took about 35 minutes to return them and the gentleman who is my original salesman snubbed me as well as was somewhat disrespectful to me and his disappointment that I was returning two pairs of shoes that I never got to Tryon. I am pretty appalled at the attitude that these people have. It's uncalled for to say the least. I was told he has been working there for over 20 years. I can't even imagine!

We bought some shoes from one of their stores probably this store and after wearing them no more than 10 times, the sole underneath the shoes are just breaking and coming off in pieces. We took them back there to ask if they can repair it. We were willing to pay for the repair and he said that this is part of wear and tear and that they don't repair it. Fir some shoes that are about $600-$700 saying that they cannot even handle 8-10 times of wearing them, it is insane. This was our first and last time buying anything from this brand, as they are not even backing up their product and this shows really that the quality is very poor.

I was trying hard to have some assistance and no one was available while other customers being offered water. I felt out of place. I was neatly dressed. I walked out of the store spending about 2000 dollars. It is shame how we stereotype people. Thank you.

I will never make another purchase. I paid hundreds for a belt. Wore it once and the pen came from the buckle. Took is for repair and after a month it was returned. When I called to pick it up, I was placed on hold for an extended period of time, then the call disconnected. I asked if it could be mailed to me and I was advised that there was a repair and shipping charge and I would have to call back in an hour to arrange. I am tempted to just let them keep it!
