absolutely horrible experience today. i received an appointment from myturn.ca.gov to get my covid-19 booster here. when you schedule, it tells you that vaccines are free, and having insurance is not necessary. this has been the case since vaccines became available and has not changed as of yet. i arrive to my appointment and let her know i don't have insurance, and she tried to send me away saying "the government doesn't cover this anymore and you need insurance". i know my rights and i received this appointment FROM A GOVERNMENT WEBSITE, so i stood my ground and she reluctantly agreed to administer the shot. she also tried to argue that my boyfriends kaiser HMO isn't accepted either. we weren't trying to get a prescription medication here, we came to get the vaccine which is free for anyone, regardless of insurance. i was already terrified as i get anxiety before a shot, and she made this experience god awful for us.after she administered the shot, she just said ok you're done and left. this is my 4th covid shot and every single time i've been told to sit for 10-15min to make sure i don't have any reaction to the shot. all this aside, parking here is not free and they don't validate at the pharmacy (supposedly). we were here for 20 min and the extremely rude parking attendant told us the total is $4, while sighing and being upset that we interrupted her tiktok viewing. then we had to park again and go to the ATM inside the building as she wouldn't accept a card payment, and the ATM charged us a $3 fee. so we ended up having to pay $7 total for 20 minutes of a nightmare experience.avoid this place by any means necessary and get your covid booster somewhere that understands patient rights and laws.

I am a long time customer. Cynthia should be the face of the Pharmacy because she is the on face or voice that I have ever heard. She is polite and compassionate. In addition, she is genuinely concerned about my welfare. She gets a 5. The Pharmacy if they could manage to stock the two drugs from manufacturer documented in records .This would help my health tremendously.

I live in LA a couple months out of the year for business reasons. I got really sick recently while I was in LA and went to a doctor. I got prescribed medications and was looking for a pharmacy to take my prescription that was near and convenient for me. I looked online and found RxUnlimited in Beverly Hills. I am so glad I found them because not only do they know their profession well, they are also very kind and pleasant to deal with. I truly appreciate their customer service because I was super busy and stressed with work all while being sick and they made the process a breeze. I am glad to have them be my Pharmacy when I'm in LA.
