We inherited my mother’s Royal-Pedic king size mattress 14 years ago and have loved sleeping on it ever since. At this point, we still aren’t thinking about a new mattress. Ours is so comfortable - firm support with a soft topper.

I have (4) Royal Pedic All Cotton Mattresses in my home, and have been a dealer selling their bedding for over 20 years. It's the only line of bedding I sell in my upscale furniture store, The Keeping Room in Alexandria VA. The one I personally sleep on every night is 10 years old now. Does your foam mattress look like this after a decade of nightly use? It's not even close to being used up.

Amazingly comfortable. I've experienced back pain for years, and the royal pedic helps me rest and awaken so refreshed, and not stiff. It is worth every penny.

Our Royal pedicure is wool and latex. It has good support and we like it because we have allergies. However. The thing is so extremely heavy and unwieldy that flipping it and rotating it (frankly, even lifting a corner to change the linens) is extremely difficult. When I say "extremely", I mean that I regularly need to hire pairs of strongmen just to move it around. I am a healthy strong fifty year old. It is impossible to do alone. The movers I hire when it's time to rotate always express shock at the weight. It is something I wish I had known ahead of time because I am very private and I don't love having strangers come into the master suite to help with a task like this. I should say that I purchased my set from The Clean Bedroom in Massachusetts and not from a showroom in CA. My review rates the product as opposed to the flagship store.

You cannot get any better than a ROYAL PEDIC mattress! Our last one (top of their line all cotton) lasted 14 years and came time to renew. My husband, the bargain shopper, decided he wanted to buy a sale product at Macy's (hotel line) that they promoted at the front of the department and touted its praises and bargain price. We had it for 3 months and I was so miserable we sent it back (at a big penalty)! Horrible bed! We promptly went back to our beloved Royal Pedic and bought the Eastern King All cotton set and our bodies are 14 years older now so we added the 2-inch pillow top pad, with knife edge. OMG!! Every night is heaven on earth. Sure you can buy cheaper but you will regret it! And the owner Tony and his son are total professionals and very knowledgeable. I highly suggest that you go to their Hollywood store rather than buy from a dealer as the floor display is second to none and you will feel well taken care of. Nancy & Reagan Martin

I bought a CA King Royal Pedic Mattress and topper several years ago because back then, it was the only non toxic bed I could find. Killed my neck, back and shoulders. My husband refused to sleep on it; he found it excruciating; woke up in pain. We had it in storage for almost a year as we were on the road and slept on many different beds in Airbnb's and hotels. When we arrived home and set the Royal Pedic back up, YOWSER. We were in so much pain the next few days. So, after spending well over $5,000 for a bed that should have lasted 25 years, we are calling Salvation Army to come take it away.

One of my girlfriend's highly recommended this company to me as I was on the search for my dream mattress. I completely put my full trust on Tony who was so helpful and worked quickly to get our dream mattress to our new home. Fast forward 4 months later and I am happy to report that this is the best mattress I have ever purchased. I sleep like a baby and feel so refreshed in the morning. They are expensive but please know they are worth every penny as they are handmade in the USA with the finest materials and no harmful toxic chemicals. My only complaint is that it takes like 2-3 people to lift the mattress as it's recommended to flip every few months. Other than that I am so happy with the product and service. Thanks Tony!

I bought the Royal Pedic quilted top latex mattress and box spring and separate 3" premiere natural pillow top pad about ten years ago at the Royal Pedic shop in Beverly Hills. At the time I really had a panic attack spending that much on a bed but my husband was tired of "test driving" mattresses every weekend and my very, very picky best girlfriend had this at her home and loved it, so I took the plunge! I have disc problems in my lower back so a really supportive mattress was very important for me, but I didn't want to sleep on something too firm. All these years later there is not a dip or valley of any kind in either the mattress or the pad. The mattress can be flipped (takes two strong people) as can the pad, whereas if the pad were attached the mattress is one sided..all in all I think this was worth every $ and I'm very happy with the purchase. I recommended Royal Pedic today to someone who asked for advice, which was the impetus to finally post this review!

We have slept on a Royal Pedic Mattress for the past 21 years. It is the BEST mattress on the planet. The all-cotton mattress/box spring is firm and super supportive and the mattress topper adds softness and comfort. We just rotate the mattress topper on a regular basis so that you don't develop imprints in the pad like one could do on a pillow-top mattress. It's so logical. If the pad stops being comfortable, you replace the pad, not the whole mattress.If there is a downside, it's that my wife now has a new standard for mattress comfort...we'll never sleep on anything else.

We have had our Royal pedic mattress and topper for 5 years and still love it. It was one of the best purchases we've made. I used to sleep miserably with my previous mattress. Since my husband is twice my size, the bed was always lopsided. The spring construction in the Royal pedic is amazing.

I've been a client of Royal Pedic for 20 years, since the days when it was necessary to have a doctor's prescription to have a mattress made without fire retardants. I have chemical sensitivities so for me it's necessary and back then Royal Pedic was the only company that regularly filled those kinds of orders. Then a few months ago my house got a mold problem and I need to live in a temporary place for a while until I find or build a new house. So I thought with all the new, cheaper, "natural" mattress companies popping up the past few years, I would just get a lower priced natural mattress. Wow, was that a mistake. The market for "natural" mattresses is extremely corrupt! A lot of what's out there is flat out deceptive. I know this because due to my chemical sensitivities I own a VOC meter and a formaldehyde meter. I went through several "natural" mattresses, even one claiming to be "organic" that was half the price of Royal Pedic (still quite expensive). Those companies are lying to you. I became ill from them, then measured their VOC content and they were all very high. So I bit the bullet, spent the $5000+ on the base level Royal Pedic natural, and am astounded at the difference. This is a truly non-toxic mattress. I took that for granted for 20 years and now I know how serious it is, even more so now with so many fake "natural" companies coming onto the market. Royal Pedic mattresses are the real deal, no slick marketing bs or deceptive, made up certifications, etc. I finally feel better now. No more headaches, body aches, fatigue, etc. The difference is astounding. I wasted so much money trying cheaper alternatives! I hope Royal Pedic stays in business for a very long time because there are people out there like me who really need honestly healthy mattresses. It's better to spend the money at the mattress store than the doctors office!
