Kami was wonderful! I was in Beverly Hills for a quick weekend trip. Royal Motors was able to help me with my Porsche and allowed me to continue a family trip without missing a any of the fun.

Kami is absolutely incredible. A lower price for the service than I expected. A quick job done. I thought I was going to be stranded in LA, 6 hours from anyone who I knew that could help me. I told Kami this and he told me not to worry and that he would take care of me. He came through and I was on the road around 2 hours later. If you have car trouble, Royal Motors is the place to go.

Called in to get my brakes done and the owner kept the store open so that I could drop off my car before my trip. I have an AMG Mercedes and usually do the work myself, but did not have time before my trip. I talked to the owner and he was extremely transparent about his pricing and the process. I could not believe a shop in Beverly Hills would be so reasonable and charge customers responsibly. The work they did was excellent and much better than when I have ever brought it into the dealership. Their attention to detail and explanation in their work is unparalleled. I will use them for all of my work going forward and I suggest that everyone does the same.

Don't go there. They are unreliable and not honest. We went there for a simple tire issue and they broke our car completely. They didn't even want to give their insurance information so our insurance had to contact them and ask for it!

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I have never taken time to write bad reviews for any businesses but this is an exception. I took my car in to check the tire pressure because there was a blinking light and I got a call from Kami saying that there had been an accident and I needed to come to the shop. He had put the car on a pedestal (or some sort of makeshift jack) and it fell over causing extensive damage to the whole bottom of the car. Mistakes happen, I get it and I am usually very understanding, but when he refused to give me his insurance information, that is when the situation got nasty. He proceeded to say that he would fix the damage himself but would not give me his insurance information so that I could take it to a certified shop to get it fixed. I feel like it is my duty and responsibility to share this information, especially because after talking to others who have used his services I heard similar complaints.
