Exactly the level of attention and service you would expect Rolex to provide.

Excellent service overall, everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a go to location for drop off and Rolex service needs whether it's for regular work or warranty work. Will definitely be back.

Maybe they know the cost of my time is high, so have their own parking lot and the quick turnaround! Very helpful and courteous staff, great service and clean environment, professional full repair skills, it made my old partner look so much younger! well worth reviewing

The Rolex Service Center looks completely different than the last time I got my watch serviced here years ago. Now the lobby is a third of the size of what it used to be, and you have to show the security desk your ID before you are escorted into the service center. But honestly, the smaller service center lobby is not a big deal, there's only so much space you need to drop off and pick up your timepiece. Other than that, service is great as usual. The lady who greets you (I think she's French) has been there for a long time and helped me last time. She's super nice and took care of all the paperwork quickly and informed me that the estimate would be emailed within 24 hours for approval and repairs will take about 8 weeks. Rolex now allows you to approve service online, which is convenient.

Went to RSC for routine service on my 7 year old watch. Very convenient location with solid security, which is important these days. Dropped off the watch with Robert, a lovely gentleman, and had a nice conversation about the service and what to expect. Received an email about one month later (much shorter than estimated) and was given the option to pickup or have shipped. I chose the former. After full maintenance on the movement, Robert delivered the steam-cleaned watch in a lovely green travel pouch. There was one slight hiccup: the service/warranty card was inadvertently omitted. A quick call to RSC resolved the problem quickly; it was in my mailbox in less than 3 business days,A few words to the wise on how to enjoy your experience with RSC.1. Don't be a j**** Yes, you have a lovely watch and you deserve good service. But don't be one of the people in the lobby yelling at the staff. It is bad form. So the answer is no, they do not want to disappoint you. They are professionals and they want you to stay loyal to the brand. Be nice.2. Do your research. Rolex will polish the case, change the hands and dial, and make your watch look like new if that's what you want. And you may want that because you like a shiny Rolex with no scratches. But if you intend for your children to sell your watch after you are feeding trees, then you should consider carefully whether that's a good idea. YouTube videos from Antiques Road show regarding GMTs with service replacements parts will be enlightening for you. On a related note, be very careful about taking a vintage watch to RSC. Make sure you know exactly what you want them to do and not to do. Again, do your research.3. If you are a noob and you don't do your research, then refer to point 1 above. Example 1: Don't lose your mind because the staff runs a fingernail along the edge of the crystal. It is the ONLY way to determine if the crystal has been chipped and needs to be replaced. The crystal is made of sapphire, the second hardest substance known to humankind. A fingernail will do no damage. Example 2: Rolex does NOT service watches that have been modified or contain parts that were not installed by Rolex. This is common. Modifying your Rolex is like "chipping" your Porsche. You'll get more horses...and a voided warranty to go along with it. Sure, it may be irritating. But dems da rulez and without them, we live with the animals, Neo. Enjoy your watch.

I love my new submariner, but now I see why it is easy to hate Rolex.I brought in a vintage Rolex that my dad wore in the war (Korea). I works fine, but seems stiff at the crown. They would not even look at it because they don't make parts for watches more the 30 years old. Fair enough, but not even look at it?!Super pompous staff was the bonus.I've purchased new down the street at Vacheron Constantin, JLC and Brequet, all with great staff.Do yourself a favor and be original.Anyone want a good deal on a new sub? I'm buying a Fifty Fathoms. Don't feel like having that name on my wrist.

Went in on 09/02/2022 hoping to have the spring bars and a permanent linked removed on my 16570. The Rolex representative that helped me is Lisa. She was very helpful and informative. She initially informed me that the watchmaker that specializes in permanent link removal is out for several weeks but will check with other watchmaker on-site to see if anyone can help me. I guess it must be my lucky day as there is another watchmaker that can perform the link removal service for me. She told me it'll likely be an hour of wait but I ended up getting my watch in just 20 minutes with new spring bars and permanent link removed!Overall, RSC of Beverley Hills is fantastic with professional staff and will most definitely look after your watch! I will be sure to return to have my watch serviced in a month or so as it hasn't been serviced for 12 years.

Received a very nice Rolex as a gift for 20 years on one of the most successful animated shows of all time. It is a genuine Rolex that was customized to reflect the show I work on.One of the tiny screws that holds the metal band together popped out, and apparently the only place to obtain this magical tiny screw is this Service Center in Beverly Hills.I brought my watch in Friday 8/19 at 4:40pm. Simply asking for one of the little screws. The woman attending to me nearly fainted on her fainting couch when she saw that it had been 'customized' !!!! (the horror!)They simply couldn't even think about working on it since some other person had touched it! I calmly explained that all I needed was one tiny one-cent screw. She refused. I explained that THE WATCH BAND was not 'customized'. She refused again, and then began to question the provenance of my watch, as if stealing watches with broken bands and trying to get one free screw is my big master criminal plan. I walked out on her shrill refusals to help me out WITH ONE TINY SCREW. So, you make the best watches on earth, but can't be bothered to use common sense and keep an owner happy with 12 seconds of kindness?I'll make sure to remind everyone to buy watches from a maker that gives a crap about their customers.

Story time:I was picking up my watch when I overheard another customer's watch get declined for service. Apparently It was discovered that aftermarket parts were used from a previous repair.Oh yeah, you can hear quite well in there when there's not a lot of people. As for my 40yr old watch. Its like brand new :)Don't cheap out on quality and peace of mind.
