Esta Farmacia esta abierta las 24 horas y está muy cerca de la avenida principal Rodeo Dr, está muy completa m, tiene mucha variedad de productos y hasta una heladería tiene de la marca Thrifty que me gustan mucho. El local está grande, amplio y limpio. El lugar está accesible para sillas de ruedas ♿️ El estacionamiento es gratuito. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ✌️? Ciaooo

I highly recommend Rite Aid Pharmacy on Canon in Beverly Hills! The mornings are the perfect time to swing by for your prescriptions. I've consistently found little to no waiting, making it incredibly convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience every visit. Called 3/31/2024, at 10.40 pm, to check mineral oil stock. Was on hold for 25 minutes and still on hold. Horrible, will contact corporate with complaints.

The pharmacists were rude for no apparent reason. Neither of them cared to greet me or even said anything when I said, "Hi, how are you?". It was at 11:30 pm, and I was literally the only customer. It was Claire, who rang me up, and the pharmacist lady with long, gray hair.
The 2nd pharmacist answered my questions regarding the medication. So I thanked her, and she just turned around and walked away without saying anything.
The whole thing was unexpected, and especially surprising, because it's a Rite Aid in Beverly freakin' Hills.

The absolute SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWEST Pharmacy even though I'm counting at least 15 people running around back there. It's the worst. It takes forever to be helped. Forever to drop off. Forever to pick up. Forever. If I didn't live walking distance to this location I would NEVER come here. The above was written months ago and I never posted. But tonight I have to reiterate how poorly this pharmacy is managed. The ER called in the Rx - when I arrived 30 min later I was 2nd in line. Even being that close it took me 30 min to get to the register. Then they told me it was never even processed. It is now another 30 min later and I'm still waiting for EYE DROPS. This pharmacy is the worst. I hardly ever review on yelp but this place deserves negative stars.

Just phoned to see if this Rite-aid remains open. The ONLY PHONE NUMBER ON LINE IS ONLY FOR THE PHARMACY. And there is no choice to get to the general store. And the pharmacy person was...well, unhelpful, blank, duh! Said she didn't know if the store was closing but the pharmacy was open. Needless to say when I asked if their shelves were full, or stocked or anything ...it was like talking to a baaaad DMV office. Or a TSA officer who was not paid to interact. I CAN'T BELIEVE ANYONE WOULD EVEN TAKE A PRESCRIPTION THERE!

The worst pharmacy ever. They didn't tell us they couldn't have an antibiotic prescription filled (after calling several times) and now my dad is severely sick after waiting for this prescription for multiple days. This pharmacy should not be allowed to operate due to their severe gross negligence. Horrible.
