I have been very disappointed with the Richard Mille boutique in Beverly Hills. I purchased a black rubber strap for my RM-16 and they gave me the wrong size (medium instead of large). Once I discovered that I needed the bigger size, I’ve called them multiple times without a single return phone call. I’ve left multiple messages for both the salesman and management and no one has called me back for 3 months now! You would think that there would be a modicum of professionalism and basic customer service when spending almost $600 for a rubber watch strap; but you would be wrong!

If you have an appreciation for precision, Richard Mille is the brand to own as a true collector. If you have an appreciation for 'the story' and how things come to fruition, you must take a deeper look into the brand and see it as far more than just a watch. It's a world of its own. Richard Mille is lucky to have someone like Daniel as a brand ambassador. He’s patient, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and a true horologist. He makes the entire watch buying process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. When buying luxury items, I find the service to be just as important as the product itself, and Daniel far exceeds my already high expectations.

I’ve been working with RM Beverly Hills for several years now. Never once did I feel like a client, I was treated like family, from my very first visit to my first RM030 purchase and subsequent RM additions. My experience with Teddy is always exceptional. He is attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable and a genuine watch enthusiast. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet and spend time with RM management in LA, including Greg who has gone above and beyond for all of my requests. There are many brands in the ultra luxury watch market, at these prices levels, I’m not paying for only the watch but the experience, brand and most importantly, PEOPLE that represent it. Greg and Teddy represent how the watch industry SHOULD be ran, they are a class above. For this very reason, they have a customer and friend for life.
