Complete and total SCAM , they automatically renewed my lease with no signature from me. Now they’re charging me double in late fees what my “virtual” office rent is and send me new invoices every month and have been FOR A YEAR it just keeps accruing. No one will pick up the phone I’ve spoken to janessa the manager four times when they still answered and she assured me someone would get back to me. No one of course EVER did. SHOCKING UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS BEWARE!!!!!!

First of all I wanna thank Jenise and Danielle for their professionalism and friendliness. I’m very pleased with this staff here. In fact I’ve been here for 6 years and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I love how the team at the front desk go out of their way to assist me with simple tasks. This space is very clean and well organized.John B

Having an office space here at Regus is great! The front office staff are all exceptionally helpful, professional, and friendly. They always keep things in working order i.e. the internet, the correspondence, and the kitchen facilities. Furthermore, they are eager to help with any issues that arise with any of those. (They even go above and beyond in cleaning dishes and other utensils that the tenants should be cleaning themselves, and I never hear them complain). It’s reassuring to know that I can go to them anytime I need assistance. Thank you Regus :-)

Ray Awad and the Regus Beverly Hills team unfortunately lived up the to the thousands of negative online Regus reviews and the one star rating of Regus on the BBB. They tried to lock me into a contract and threatened my credit when I decided to go elsewhere. I would highly recommend staying away from this company given my own experience.

HORRIBLE COMPANY-JUST STAY AWAY! Stay away from from Regus. You will regret ever having worked with this company. Not only is it a horrible company to work with, there is also absolutely zero customer service. For over 5 months I was told they were going to upgrade the breaker so that my office wouldn't keep losing power. They blamed the issue on my printer, despite the fact that only 2 offices were occupied and most of the floor was vacant. Regus brought in a company, got estimates, and for over 5 months told me a work order was placed for the repair. I was patient, put up with frequent power outages that shut off my computer without powering off, took my files home from work to work from home and waited for the repair. After 5 months, I was notified that if I wanted power restored, I would have to pay for the electrical upgrade. If I wanted to use my office and not lose power, I had to turn off the lights and unplug the phone in order to be able use my computer. The conditions were unworkable and unacceptable. Forget attempting to reach anyone in person to speak to. After multiple emails begging for a resolution, the person who does respond has a generic "we understand but ..." active listening approach that doesn't resolve any issue. I was forced to find another office space in a different building at a higher rent just to not run my business to the ground because of Regus' horrible business model. Last word of advice- DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. They will abuse it and charge your for things you never even agreed to. Save yourself the headache and DON'T do any business with this horrible company. If I could, would give them ZERO stars!

These guys lock you into a contract and next thing you know they are tacking on every possible fee under the sun. The internet is littered with unhappy, one time customers who got fooled into doing business with the CORRUPT COMPANY. And, LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE "COFFEE SERVICE" that I was charged $60 monthly for. I never used the Coffee Service nor did I select the coffee service, but Regus JAMMED ME INTO ANYWAYS (clearly, without my knowledge or consent). Ask yourself why they have ZERO REPEAT BUSINESS and ZERO LEASE EXTENSIONS- a guess a new fool (like me) is born everyday. Oh, by the way, don't forget to ask Regus about the "exit fees" they nail you with upon expiration of your lease. And , how about the front desk/ management: Zero service, zero ability to communicate or respond to any sort of issue, phone call or email on a timely basis. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you need short term or medium term office space. If you do not believe me, just ask some of their existing clients in the building. Remember, RUN and HIDE from REGUS; they will screw you when you least expect it.

Regus is horrible to deal with (check them out on Better Business Bureau---every center gets an F!!!) they frequently change receptionists putting new ones on the phones w/o proper training; The new receptionists mangle the company name, treat clients rudely, keep people on hold forever, or just don't pick up at all---It smacks of virtual office or cheepo executive suite. Additionally, their invoicing is a MESS, you will spend endless hours w/ their mistakes, IF you can get someone to deal with it at all or even call you back. If you want to talk to a superior, good luck reaching one, IF you can even find out who it is---employees are totally unaccountable and corp employees don't even give out last names or return contact info; The employees take a customer is always wrong approach. Management knows it's a HUGE hassle to change your presence /business location once you sign up, so they put their emphasis on new business development vs customer retention and customer satisfaction; I have never seen a company like Regus before, and I hope to never again.
