Was having dinner in the neighborhood and my watch battery died. Did a search online and discovered RC Watch. Outstanding service from Rafael who is an independent business owner. I was impressed with his knowledge of Swiss and Rolex watches and his pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend!

Rafael has great customer service. I walked in without an appointment and was in and out in minutes. I just needed some links removed from my Breitling. Couldn't find the tools to do it myself. The cost was $10. I'd come back again.
