You can give all the details of your insurance, provide the proper instruction and still they don’t want to o gain prior authorization. They are trying to get all patients a whether insured( and they are in net work) or not to pay for all services. Bad business and no follow up. Do t waste your time here

Outdated equipment. Difficult to find parking and very busy assembly line clinical overall.
