Amazing customer service. Paula is incredible. So helpful and efficient. She has helped me so many times for complex issues and with tough, bureaucratic situations!! Highly recommend them and her if you can for Brazilian related issues.

Been working with Ricardo Coutinho for many years now! What a Blessing him & his team are to us. I came to the states she 12 & I lost a lot of my Portuguese. His office always helped me with all the challenges I had with the Brazilian Consulate not doing what I've request. RC always delivered & help us with all documents we need it. If I had to renew passports, or power of attorney & now fix an error the Consulate REP did a few years ago & refuse to fix it! RC Business 8484 Wiltshire Blvd in Beverly Hills are the best! I highly recommend the Best team of individuals that do excellent professional work. Nothing But Gratitude all these years with RC Business... Paula in the office is amazing! Sir RC she is a Keeper!

Não recomendo. Estou tendo uma experiência muito difícil de lidar com a parte da contabilidade da empresa. O contador não é responsivo, serviço deixou a desejar no passado e resolvi dar uma segunda chance indo ao contrário do que mais de 13 contatos meus da comunidade brasileira advertiram, ao contrário das reviews que já tinha visto online em outros lugares e ao contrário do que ex-clientes me advertiram. Pensei que dando uma segunda chance, ele faria um trabalho correto desta vez e talvez prestasse mais atenção aos detalhes e se dedicasse mas não é o que está acontecendo. Não é responsivo, está há meses atrasado, suuper difícil de lidar. Não recomendo. Para xerox e essas coisas funciona bem. Agora a contabilidade é muito complicada.
