This review is specifically about Rosie the phlebotomist (she's the only one there). She's AMAZING. She’s literally the only employee at this location and does it all herself. She's really kind and friendly and very good at her job. Helpful tip: Make sure you make an appointment ahead of time!

A disaster. One person running everything. “Rosie” decided to close shop and not see people because she had to process blood 45’ before closing. Insanely inefficient and a waste of time.

There are too few locations but more importantly, I work 40 hours a week and you don't offer weekends or evenings. It is very inconvenient for most people who work.

not easy to get a timely appointment (early morning) -- you are too booked up -- you should have more than one person working!!!!!!!! Your check-in system is AWFUL and didn't work the first two tries. The whole place feels like a morgue with the reception window boarded up and one employee! I will be going elsewhere from now.

Come in early and no one showed up. No wonder this place has such a low rating.

This review is specifically for the only phlebotomist who works here at the moment (I’m kicking myself for not asking her name but she had pink hair). All I can say is give this woman a raise!!! She’s handling this whole location on her own - no receptionist, no admin nothing. So if you don’t have an appointment you likely won’t be seen and if you have a question before or after it won’t be answered because there’s literally no one else there. BUT your blood will be taken with almost no pain and you’ll have a pleasant convo while it’s done.

I had not an appointment scheduled in advance. It was a walk-in. Rosie, the person who assisted me, was very attentive, professional, friendly.

Long wait time rude staff

I have been to this place almost once a week. They practically do not have any walk-ins, despite what they would tell you. They literally stay idle and wait for appointments that are in 10 mins. Even if you come early and they are idle, they won't call you in. So beware. If you have an appointment, the waiting time could be up to 20 mins.

They do not take walk ins. If you show up, they will not take you and they’ll let you sit there for more than two hours without telling you that your name is no longer on the list.

Rosie was very informative and helpful. I had an appointment time, whereas another was a walk-in and I was taken care of very quickly after the walk-in. Being "first in line" is helpful which is good to know. Thank you so much!!

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. This location was great and fast!

Sarah is a relatively new addition to the team and her caring, kind professionalism is a welcome addition. Overall a very well run, well organized, efficient and professional operation. Thank you Quest Beverly Hills and Sarah. Keep up the great work.

The workers are just doing their job and doing their best but they're in a tough position because there's no receptionist to coordinate everything and answer questions. I would highly recommend you make an appointment versus walk-in because appointments get precedence and there's little room for them to squeeze in the walk-ins. The woman I worked with was kind and got me all set up though so I was satisfied.
