Get your dress here! The quality of the dresses are astounding. The customer service is above and beyond. The best part is the alterations. Susie is unlike anyone else. She’s such a pro and can customize the dress to your liking. I truly think this is the most important part for your wedding dress and she puts you so at ease. You won’t meet others like her.

After visiting 3 other bridal shops in the LA area where I experienced mixed feelings on the overall customer service and not being sure if I truly found my dress, I was nervous going into Beverly Hills. As soon as I walked into Pronovias for my appointment, I felt so at ease and comfortable, instantly being greeted by the team and having Briannah, the store director, graciously introduce herself and make me feel so welcomed.I had an amazing stylist, Carmen, who truly listened to my preferences when it came to my dream dress, while being respectful of my budget. I appreciate how genuine she was towards me, hyping me up and boosting my confidence and reassuring any doubts I had. She pulled amazing dresses and truly brought my vision of my dream dress to life, surprising me with styles that I hadn’t considered before.I felt this store truly values their brides and gives them their full undivided attention. I had the entire store to myself during my appointment, and it felt like a true VIP experience where the entire team was there giving valuable insight on the gowns. I recently had an amazing experience while shopping for my dream wedding dress at Pronovias that exceeded all my expectations. From the elegant boutique to the knowledgeable staff, every moment was filled with joy and exceptional service. Words cannot express how AMAZING the staff is. Briannah (the store manager) and Tatyena (stylist) listened attentively to my desires and guided me through their stunning selection of gowns, ensuring that each dress fit my unique vision. I was looking for a dress that was high fashion, and dramatic... Boom there it was, they found it, my dream dress. Not only did I find the dream dress, but the designers (who were here from Italy) were in the store and personally took my measurements for a perfect fit. How amazing! I highly recommend Pronovias for a memorable and dream-like wedding dress shopping experience.

I tried on one wedding dress and it was the one I purchased! I was only 2 months out from my wedding but they were able to get the dress I wanted ordered and delivered in time. They are on their game and very friendly. The seamstress has customized my gown and I couldn’t be happier.

I want to say THANK YOU for being apart of my special day as well as taking such good care of me and my dress up to the day I took my beautiful Dominique home<3 She was a hit, I knew she was the one the day I tried her on, loved every moment I spent in her and get all the feels looking at my pictures!Your staff was amazing, especially my girls Brianna and Tuwanda! Brianna, you are amazing at your job and you show so much passion and pride in all you do. I cant imagine the amount of brides that pass through those doors but you made me feel important and addressed my concerns (as well as my sisters) with professionalism and empathy. I recommend you and your boutique to every bride I come across, you made this part of my wedding planning so special for me and my family.and SHOUT TO MY GIRL TUWANDA! OMG what an ANGEL! Tuwanda, you are a master at your craft and I couldn't have been more comfortable in my gorgeous gown. Whatever you did that held that baby up was nothing short of miraculous..... the train, the bustle, the length, the sleeves, the cups and extra TLC to my mom;s veil - you did it ALL. Even during my mini bride breakdown you responded quickly with assurance that everything was going to be perfect and it was! I never stressed after that moment (about my dress haha) I seriously felt like a princess the day of my wedding! My husband absolutely loved the dress and had such relief when he saw that train get bustled for our first dance! Again - wow , I loved everything about my dress ahhh, i wish I had a reason to wear it again!

I just brought my dress home today and I’m so sad I have no need to come back to this beautiful store. Every time I walked in for a fitting, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Briannah is the absolute BEST at what she does. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and it is so appreciated! She makes every effort to make everyone feel welcome and cared for when they come into the store and that’s exactly what you want when you’re looking for a wedding dress. Briannah and her team of knowledgeable employees go above and beyond to give you 100% of their attention to meet your needs! Suzy, the wedding dress seamstress, is the most experienced alterations specialist you’ll find anywhere. With unbeatable years of experience in her career, she is a perfectionist who is willing to do everything possible to please the customer! She has numerous suggestions on how to bustle your dress train for the wedding reception, which is so helpful. Suzy and all staff pay careful attention to address any concerns of the soon to be bride. Pronovias provides three dress fitting appointments which result in a perfectly fitted wedding dress. As the mother of the soon to be bride, I greatly appreciate Briannah and her superior, friendly staff at Pronovias. You all help make what can be a stressful event such as wedding dress shopping, into a fun, positive, life-long memorable experience!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tatyena for being a great person. When she was helping me i knew her goal was to make me feel comfortable and it didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me a dress. She was so sweet and caring and actually took the time to understand me and what i liked. Even though i didn’t find my wedding gown i am so happy i went to Pronovias because it opened my eyes to different styles that i didn’t know would match me. Everyone in the store is so kind and helpful and i didn’t feel any pressure. I would highly recommend this store because the energy and the vibes were amazing. Thank you all again!!

Excellent customer service and range of gorgeous dresses. Prices were also very reasonable. Maya really made the entire experience so pleasant. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me until I found the one! Couldn’t recommend Pronovias enough.

I had the most amazing experience here. All of the women are lovely, kind and 100% hype girls. They went above and BEYOND to help me find my dress! The dress I wanted was sold and they weren't getting it in for months but they somehow made it happen to I could try it on. I'm forever grateful to the staff here!!

The 1 star is for the Customer Service team based in Barcelona (Valentina). Long story short they do not allow returns/store credit after purchases, even if you realize 5mins after the purchase that Saks Fifth Avenue) sells the same product 50% less. BEWARE and take your time to verify prices somewhere else (even internet).

I just went back to get my first fitting and had a wonderful experience with Tuwanda. She was kind, patient and really listened to what I wanted and how I envisioned the dress to look and made adjustments necessary to make it happen. I am excited to go back to my last fitting in 3 months and see the final results!!
