I am disgusted with this store. On Saturday evening I walked in at about 6:20 p.m. looking at pillows and a mirror. At 6:30p.m. The sales clerk started announcing for everyone to bring up their items to the front for checkout. I felt rushed and I asked the sales lady what time they closed and she responded with we close at 7:00 pm but we need to get out of here early so we are closing now. I said to her " this is bad for business I feel rushed and this is not cool." Her response was a blank stare and a dirty look, almost insinuating with her body language how dare I question her. I will go to a different pottery barn where I am valued for choosing them especially when I'm about to drop $1,200.00 on a mirror and a few new pillows. Their attitude sucks and I will no longer shop there. I have been a loyal long time customer from this particular store.

I like this store very much but the staff! here are so unhelpful when you ask them something they always have an attitude and that's very discouraging even to go into the store anymore and I really hoping that management sees this review because they really need to talk to their staff how about their customer service.

Had the absurdist experience ever at this store. Ordered a bed, scheduled for delivery in 6 months, the bed never came and they refused to refund.
I’ll give negative stars if I could. Unbelievable that we had back and forth convs with their full of lies customer service for MONTHS, and the only feedbacks we received so far is NO WAY for refund. and ever postponing delivery. Shame on you guys, I wonder if they are so short in money that they couldn’t refund $1000ish.

If I could give 0 stars I would, if you come across a Tracy in that store IGNORE HER AT ALL COSTS. From the second I walked in and said I have a pickup and an exchange she gave me attitude and then even yelled at me. This is the first time I have ever experienced such horrible service. If you're not happy with your job change it don't take it out on the costumers, or maybe she's just a white racist woman. I don't know what her issue is but with that attitude she shouldn't be in sales.

My girlfriend and I bought a duvet cover from another pottery barn store at 4pm on Saturday. The lady in Pasadena said that we could return the cover if we didn't wash it. We took it home and tried it on our bed. We decided the color didn't look good in our room so we took it off and put it back in the bag knowing we would return it the next day. WE NEVER WASHED IT. We went to this location the next day and they refused to return our cover telling us that we washed the cover which would have been impossible since we didn't even have it more than 24 hours. She said it smelled like laundry detergent and that it was wrinkled when that's how it came! We talked to 3 people including the manager Sal and they were all completely rude and would not listen to anything we had to say. Worst customer service experience in my whole life. The comforter was $300 and all we wanted to do was make sure it looked good in our room! We came to this store knowing we were going to return and exchange for a different one which we would have bought if the lady wasn't so rude! Never going back to this store and don't suggest anyone should.

Bought the most expensive rocking chair for our new born and the motor failed. After waiting 2 months a service tech informed us it could not be fixed they would need to take the chair. We use it every day . We need it repaired.

Love the products but just tried to buy the meadow brook side tables at $499 a piece and the company insisted I pay over 300 in shipping….how does that make sense? I get white glove but I don’t need to pay 300 for someone to open a box with a 500 table in it.

I have bought many furniture items from them, and over the years the quality has gone way down. You buy a dresser for $3500 and expect it to be good quality. We'll it's not. The drawers are wood on wood, are shaky, and don't slide well. The marble top for the dresser did not fit well so they ordered another dresser and when it came the marble had a crack in it and was returned. I don't know why their furniture has really become low quality, but it has. Too bad because the designs are nice.

*Not the Typical Pottery Barnyard* Strolled Inside to look around at the winter/spring collection...and my friend bought a glass vase. Andrew assisted us and was very friendly & helpful. But misunderstood what my friend wanted and now needs to go back & return it. Been here many times throughout the years, it's a very nice 2-story Pottery Barn and their displays are well thought-out.Plenty of parking within the BH Triangle...so you can either feed the meter or opt for free 1-2 hr parking in the all city lot structures on nearly every block.

Do NOT PURCHASE from online... they tell you an item is in stock but as soon as you buy it, expected date is like 6 months later. So, I called to cancel the very next day but they refused. I was forced to wait almost an entire year to return item while they kept charging my card and reverse if for months. I wasted countless hours on the phone with customer service and a supervisor won't ever call you back upon escalation. They do not care g that they are wasting your time. Worst experience ever

Ordered expensive vanities and they keep arriving cracked in the same location. Customer service is not helpful with issuing a refund or replacement to make this situation better. Would really appreciate it if someone from Pottery Barn would take responsibility for the quality of their goods and try to resolve it with customers. At this time I would NOT under any circumstance recommend that you shop at Pottery Barn.
