You have to pay this guy to talk! So arrogant and not business like at all! I hated going there and will never set foot in his store let alone buying anything from him. I only had a question and was disgusted by his attitude. He thinks he is the only one in Beverly Hills?! It will be his loss since I wanted to buy a Rolex as well but NOT from him.

Phillipe is a caring and honest watch guy. Was recommended by a friend who had been coming to him for years. They have been in business so long because of their reputation and customer service. We stop in regularly, and are treated like family here.

Bought a watch and received fake papers, that did no match the watch's serial number! The watch was also reported stolen! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JEWELER BEWARE!

These guys tried to steal $8000 from me a while back. I was looking for a somewhat rare Roger DuBuis watch and was calling dealers around the country. When I called Philippe's, they informed me that they had access to one. We agreed on a price around $8000 and delivery in about a week. Philippe's literally charged my credit card before I hung up the phone! Any reputable jeweler will only charge a client's credit card when the merchandise is ready to ship, so I knew right then that Philippe's integrity was highly questionable. But since I wanted the watch so badly I decided to just wait and see. Well, weeks went by and no watch. All I got was one excuse after another. It was clear that Philippe's could not procure the watch I was looking for. After several weeks, I demanded a refund. Philippe's refused. I had to initiate a fraud claim with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Do not deal with Philippe's, they tried to steal my money I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to try and steal yours too.

I am a huge fan of pre-owned watches and I am so happy my husband and I discovered this place last week! I have never seen such an amazing collection of watches. It's a couple that work together and they are sooo nice! I have a decent knowledge on different brands and pricing and they are very honest. I didn't question it or quality which is a great feeling! I was on the hunt for an all gold watch and found the most beautiful Breguet I could ever imagine!! Im obsessed. My husband also found a Breguet. I will only purchase watches from them from here on out, I am now a lifetime customer of theirs. Also, they gave us warranties on both watches, which I was surprised as some pre-owned sellers do not do this. I will refer everyone I know to them.

This is the most racist establishment I have ever been to. The guy looked at me like he didn't want me in there. The woman was very sweet, this guy told me my cartier ring was fake even though I bought it from cartier in Beverly Hills. I'm going back in there with a proof of authenticity card to prove a point. He humiliated me in front of everyone. I've heard from other minorities that the old guy is in fact a racist. His wife must wear the pants in the relationship. So he has to come take his frustrations out on someone else

I am a Beverly Hills resident, and this one was my first time purchasing a watch from Phillipe. I have to say that I had a great experience , and my wife and I were very pleased with the attention we got from him . If you are Beverly Hills or LA area, come to visit the store . They have a great selection of current and vintage pieces. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Phillipe and Noah for your hospitality.

I believe the owner helped me out. He is an extremely nice, friendly and honest man. He removed links from a watch for me and did an excellent job. It nice shopping at a store with 5 star service. I would recommend Philippe's to everyone, they do not disappoint.
