“I purchased an office chair from Relax the Back over 15 years ago. When an arm on the chair broke, I went back to the Studio City store to find out how to buy a replacement part. The store manager Ron found some parts they had in storage and did the repair for me at no charge! I rarely see this level of customer support. In addition, I was looking at massage chairs. Ron was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in features found in their wide selection. These guys are really good at what they do and they support their customers.”

“Very good selection of nice furniture at great prices. But maybe the most important thing is that the people there are honest. They do what they say, and say what they will do. 5 years ago we bought a houseful of furniture at great prices... fast forward to now and the 5 year old sofa had a problem. Probably because of covid I've sat on the sofa way more than normal. I contacted them, they found my original order and promptly sent out their guys for repair. We both knew the warranty was over, so it cost me a little money but they were prompt and most importantly we are sitting on a brand new sofa body. Perfect timing as our little grandson is coming over this weekend and will sleep on the sofa bed. Really nice and honest people go perfectly with great prices on cool furniture!!”

“Mr. Schulze is one in a million! I drove up from San Diego to purchase a typewriter, as I'm getting back into writing fiction and I think they are beautiful machines. There aren't many shops like this around. Helmut spent several hours letting me try out various typewriter makes and models. I finally settled on a sturdy mechanical Olympia. The shopping experience alone was fantastic, but I could've stayed for 3 more hours just chatting with Helmut and Steve. I mean, what a memorable day! “Words cannot express my grateful for these caring and knowledge people. I have really special needs ergonomically. When I started working at home, it was obvious I needed a new chair because I was writing a lot and my wrists, legs, and back were hurting. I tried to find a chair that fit my needs, but I got ripped off (Internet purchase) and Staples and Office Depot are not that specialized or knowledgeable, and also didn't have options with features I needed. Toni, Blanca, and Juan were especially amazing with care, friendliness, and making sure I got to try and see if the options actually worked for me. In the end, they found a chair that fit everything I needed, nothing short of a miracle. By the way, they didn't ask for a review, but I feel strongly to recommend them and spread the word about how terrific they are. The new chair has removed the pressure and pain. And it's pretty! “Very cool showroom where you can check out the entire Herman Miller product line--including the chairs, which is why I was there. It's not really a drop-in place, though, so you're best off calling them in advance to make sure they're available before making the trip. Don't plan on buying anything here either, as they will send you to one of their vendors for an actual purchase. Yes, annoying, but for my trip I was treated very well, welcomed to anything out of the fancy coffee bar, and two helpful reps who knew EVERYTHING about their chairs patiently explained all the features and answered my questions. Got myself an awesome Mirra 2 chair a few weeks later.”
