Poor communication and very challenging regarding a $16,000 sale to her where she demanded to pay by credit card. The sale explicitly stated bank wire. She paid anyway with cc and demanded the sale… we cancelled and she left a nasty review. Poor business practice. Store owner is trying to pretend she has no idea in her response but, is well aware with this exact dollar figure. She should adhere to terms of sale instead of getting angry and disrespectful. I am updating my review as she is trying to deviate from this to pretend she has no idea. This was for a snake bracelet purchase. She took my information from my bank for a wire and then used unethical means to change payment and leave a poor review. Just be careful here. The way she is following up suggests she is even more devious in trying to pretend she does not know who I am. Anyone that wants to reach out to me...I am happy to show you her review.

i bought a trio of 22k bangles from nadine before yelp existed. they are my absolute favorite items of jewelry. i traded some heavy, but extremely ugly, 1950s gold earrings for them, plus a very fair price for the difference in worth.i dare not often visit the krakov store because her wares are far too tempting.i highly recommend her however for honesty & fairness, beside her impeccable eye for jewelry.i am so happy to see that your store is still in business!fond regards!

My experience here was FANTASTIC! I went into the store looking for a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend and left with a gorgeous necklace that she ending up loving. The jewelry itself was awesome, and the customer service made my experience smooth and easy to navigate. Victoria was so helpful! She spent thirty minutes with me, going through different necklaces and helping me find one that my girlfriend would love! This store is amazing! Highly recommend if you need any kind of jewelry for any special occasion, or if you just want to treat yourself!

After much deliberation and careful thought about where to buy my wife’s engagement ring, it was an easy choice to settle with Nadine and her associates at the Krakov Collection. The level of quality and overall customer service was leaps and bounds above the other options we had at our disposal. Kristina was especially helpful as there was never any sense of pressure, but only aided me in a thoughtful and intentional manner towards the ring that is now forever. We would come back to shop with them without hesitation as their curation of vintage jewels is truly stunning.

The Nadine Krakov Collection is a collection of beautiful, unique and high quality jewelry. The customer service is impeccable and gracious. I recently bought an exquisite diamond necklace online and was assisted by Victoria who couldn’t have been more professional, nicer or more knowledgeable. Nadine has been recommended to me by a friend while i was franatically searching to replace a rare pair of Schlumberger earrings that have gone missing. I explained to Nadine that the earrings were borrowed by my wife from my grandmother's box for a party. I also had to mention, that my wife has forgotten to tell Nana about it, let alone ask for her permission.Nadine told me to relax and let her get to work and , voila, she has been able to secure a superb pair of very similar earrings, also Schlumberger for Tiffany & Co. They were not identical but very close to the lost pair, if not better. I was impressed that It has taken Nadine only a handful of days to accomplish her mission, and to add to my surprise, the price was also very reasonable.The reason i decided to write this review is to show my gratitude to Nadine but also to praise her staff, Victoria in particular. I was amazed at the ease with which they have turned this terribly unpleasant situation into a great shopping experience. In fact i cannot thank the stuff enough for taking the burden of giving nana the bad news at the same time making her happy with the replacement. Thanks guys you are the best team!!!

We read the prior reviewer's comments and Agree! Nadine Krakov also sold us counterfeit jewelry and when we discovered the fraud, months after the purchase, she refused to do anything. We talked to our lawyer. Because of the cost of litigation we did not pursue the matter. Since then we've learned of others who also have been defrauded and of their poor reputation within the trade. Sad that unscrupulous practices remain the backbone of their business.
