Wonderful customer service. I called to ask about delivery timelines and the gentleman who answered was incredibly kind and helpful. The delivery was a bit difficult as it was to a brand new office, no building attendant, etc. Beverly Hills Florist put in extra effort and delivered! The arrangement was well-received and gorgeous. I highly recommend this florist

Incredible customer service and responsiveness. Had a small hiccup in my order, which was immediately rectified and an upgraded arrangement was sent the next day at no charge, which exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for the quality of flowers presented and arrangements.

I just called to check on the status of my order but the guy took my call canceled it by himself. I just called to make sure my order can be delivered to my home on time but he didn’t check my order then told me you don’t guarantee any delivery time frame. That really made me embarrassed a lot because the show is today. After he checked it, there was a special note he found. But, without any apology, he blame me why I called 2 hrs in advance of the time they promised and he dropped my order unilaterally.This is really terrible service. Do not order anything here.
