After being involved in an accident where my car was totaled, I needed to find a new car. I used to go to this dealership back in the 90s . Finding a car I loved was no problem. SAÌD made my purchase so easy. He went beyond his job to accommodate my needs. The attention and quality of service you receive is GOLD STANDARD. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Helen, the finance director, was most informative and helpful. I can understand why they do the business they do. World Class service for a World Class automobile !

Do not go here!!!! Jackie Flamenco of Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills Service Center ghosted me!!! Overpromised and under-delivered!!10/13I did the Service A special, brought in my 2022 C300 at 8AM and was told will be able to get my car back by 12 ish, ended up getting my alto ride at 3:30 and getting to BH at 4:00. They gave me the wrong car. After i finally got my car, I left it in my garage and went out of town for 3 days. When I was back and started my car, the MBUX screen in the middle just completely shut off. The entertainment system, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and most importantly, the back up camera, are all not working (also could not charge my phone) this has never happened before so it would be reasonable to assume that it was related to the service I just did. I addressed my problem on the survey and went out of the country for five days.10/25Jackie Flamenco called me when I came back and we scheduled a service for 10/26. She told me that the survey i answered reflects badly on her to her boss, she also mentioned how she likes to call her customers for a follow up after the service (which I think she wouldn’t have done if I didn’t answer the survey) I wanted to go at 3pm because I have classes before that but she told me then the technicians won’t be able to look at it on the same day so I dropped off my car at 7AM. (I acknowledge that at this point it wasn’t her fault)10/26 ThursdayI had to text her myself to know the progress, she never updated me anything if I don’t ask her myself first. She told me they are ordering another part that will come the next day, which meant I could have just dropped off my car at 3PM instead of at 7AM. I asked her if it will be ready by the next day and she didn’t respond until I texted her again the next day.10/27 FridayAsked for an estimated time the car will be ready, she told me the car would be ready the next day.10/28 SaturdayI was supposed to pick up my car at 12PM like she promised. Instead she called me at 11AM, telling me that they have ordered the wrong parts and they don’t know when my car will be ready. She told me she will give me alto ride app vouchers, but did not send them to me until I had to ask from her again the next day. The vouchers didn’t even cover my daily commute to classes as it could only be used within a 10 mile radius, so I was only able to use 2 rides from her voucher. I had to Uber 19 miles to school everyday for a week. At this point I wasn’t even expecting to get my car back, because she never updated me about the process or let me know the estimated date I can get my car. I had a really hard time arranging transportation.11/3 FridayShe finally called me at 5:20PM to tell me the car is ready for pick up, but they were closing at 6PM and will also be closed for the weekend. So she gave me a 40 minute notice to pick up my car?! Luckily I was 30 minutes away and was able to get there right when they closed. However, after finally getting in my car, I noticed the screen was not secured properly. I could easily shake it. I told her about it and she said she will let the technician know on Monday. I also texted her after I left, asking her what caused that and reminding her to let the technician know.It’s been 10 days since I texted her and I still haven’t gotten a response. It’s pretty ironic how she said she likes to do follow up calls for her customers after a service but wouldn’t even respond to my text. There was also no follow up survey sent to my email. It took them more than a week to fix my screen and they didn’t even do it properly. Maybe she thinks that because I’m a college student my time just doesn’t matter ?

Nope, I would not take my vehicle here. The service tech was rude to another customer after me, would not honor another Mercedes dealerships work, and told me I should drive back 100 miles to another dealership to honor their Warrantee. I did and was super happy with Mercedes of Bakersfield. Turns out it was a loose wire that took five minutes to fix. The Beverly Hills Mercedes technician didn't seem to care that I was getting chemo and would have a difficult time driving all the way to Bakersfield and back. He wouldn't be able to look at it until Friday - two days away. Fortunately, my daughter came and helped me out and she also agreed that she didn't want to leave the vehicle there and the best thing to do would be to drive it back to Bakersfield to get it fixed because the guy just was so unfriendly. There are many Mercedes workshops in the area, and I would highly recommend one of those instead of bringing it in here.

Had my 2022 GLC300W services yesterday with Jose and received the best most efficient service. Jose and Ivan are serious professionals when it comes to customer service. I was provided a loaner car for the day and everything was seamless. Thank you all for the great care and service!Janet

They are the worst. My car was brought in by tow truck because of the third blowout of those Run Flat tires that don't do that. It is a day later and no one has called me as to my status. I have spent over an hour trying to get through to a human being and no one answers. Just leaves me on hold. I will find a different dealership as they are impossible.e

I brought my Mercedes-Benz 2019 A220 in for service on 5.2.2023, more than FOUR MONTHS AGO.I was told by the Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills service advisors that the part needed could not be located in the USA or Canada, so it needed to be ordered from Germany.Allegedly, it was to be shipped from Germany on 6/27.....it never arrived.Then they missed that delivery date, and I was told it was being shipped on 7/24...it never arrived.Then I was told the next update was on 9/7 which was yesterday.I went in person and they still have no idea when the part will be shipped.This is NOT an exotic car. It’s a 2019 A220, a basic model.I am awaiting an update from Mercedes-Benz USA regarding the buyback program.To say this experience has been disappointing and infuriating is an understatement.I never expected to be treated this poorly by a company that considers itself a "luxury brand."Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills has demonstrated over the past four months that it does not value its customers.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Overpromised, under-delivered, with a side physical fender damage.I brought my 2021 Metris with 15k miles on it for the following issues:1. (OBD Confirmed) Misfires on Cylinder 3 every time I put pressure on the engine at highway speeds2. Intermittent hard, jerking downshifting into the lower gear when slowing down3. CarPlay/SOS inoperable malfunctions4. Noisy brakesDespite keeping my van for over 2 weeks, I'd be writing a very different review if all of the issues above were resolved but sadly I can only say that only 1 was, the least important one regarding the CarPlay/SOS inoperable.When I dropped it off, the friendly service advisor told me that I have an update by that Thursday, which didn't happen. I reached out Friday and learned that a Hermes unit was going to be replaced to fix the CarPlay/SOS inoperable and should be done by Monday, no news on the other more pressing issues because the were “still working on it.” Monday came and went and no updates, so I reached out on Tuesday when I was told that the van should be done in the next couple of days, again crickets. I reached out again on Friday and was told they needed until Monday to finish and that my other issues returned ok "according to spec" per their computer diagnostic and that no work was done. My misfire problem mysteriously disappeared and my hard downshifting was due to "warped rotors and aftermarket brakes" according to the technician, but I observed this issue even without the brake applied so they clearly don't know or don't care what the issue is.At this point I was infuriated because I had already spent so much on a rental vehicle for work with limited capacity for my tools, seemingly for nothing.Monday came and went with no news yet again despite multiple texts and calls to my service advisor which were not answered. I called into the main number on Tuesday to ask for him, which was when I was finally able to reach him and was told I could pick it up within the hour. I showed up and patiently waited for my service advisor to come around because I know they are a busy place, but he seemed eager to get rid of me without a hello, thank you, or goodby of any sort. I'm not trying to be petty, but this adds to what I discovered next - No wash as the paperwork indicated, fine I'll wash it myself. The inside was dusty as can be but again whatever, just glad to have it back so I'll wipe it down. But then I found a couple of big scratches and a dent to the driver side fender when I got home. I have been babying this car so much, parking at the end of parking lots and not taking any chances with it, how frustrating.I know it's next to impossible to get them to acknowledge fault for it, so I know this is another loss I'll have to eat on top of everything else. Please don’t bring your car here because it’s clear they don’t care about you or your car.Services: Transmission

Worst service center I’ve ever visited. I went in for a safety recall and they didn’t mention on the phone that my car couldn’t be seen for another 5 days. The scheduling woman was rude and condescending when I asked to reschedule. Made me feel stupid for asking for a loaner car or even a ride home. She happily canceled my appointment and I drove away in my recalled car.

I have a GLE Coupe AMG and I've had some issues with the vehicle since it was built during Covid but the staff at Service is always fantastic. Bruno who helps with vehicle intake is a class act and always a pleasure to see; the guy hustles and cares - always lovely to have this type of support especially when you're visiting due to a problem. This review is for Terry McKie in service. I had terrible experiences at this dealership in the past but when Terry became my service advisor everything changed! Terry is a really sweet person and I want to make sure that his clients are happy, that their car is in tiptop shape, and will literally go above and beyond to make sure of it. When I had an issue with my wheel and tire package, Terry spent multiple hours calling the dealership where I bought the car to make sure that I could use my existing coverage. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t have to spend more out of pocket than needed, cannot recommend Terry highly enough

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their Benz. Recently got off the phone with the parts department after going back and forth for the past four days trying to figure if a part I ordered has arrived, after initially being told it would arrive next day. The parts advisor I spoke with hurried me off & hung up abruptly. The service department will give you recommendations for overpriced and unnecessary repaired. Mark, my service advisor, was very friendly and receptive to any concerns I had. Only positive note.
