I have been bringing my car here for years because of Ivan montejano. I have been to keyes european and encino and their service departments treat you like garbage unless you complain. Even on days when Ivan is not available the rest of his team smoothly handles my cars needs without any confusion. Face it nowadays customer service is not what is used to be but this place is part of that last few businesses that delivers.

this is not good service center. The first all, took long time ( 3 ours on hold , on the phone) to make me talk to a live person. A Service aviseor did not replay to me mutiples times after I sent a message or left Vm on his phone. Whne I had in warranty's problem, after reparings, i have been getting more troubles on the car than before I sent in.

I literally hate going to the mechanic. I’ve switched my service person 3 times! But then my man Corey started helping me out and I actually started using Mercedes Benz service as my first Choice when anything goes wrong with my car. Thanks Corey. Truly the best among all the reps I’ve had across Audi, Porsche and Benz.

My recent visit to this location will be my last. The dealership is good at providing loaners, but having my car in service for a radiator leak and undercarriage noise for 10 weeks with no updates or repairs is absurd.
Approximately a year ago, my car's radiator overheated while driving, so I searched for a reliable service center near me, and Beverly Hills was recommended. A couple of days later, the car was towed to the service center to be repaired. A month later, I got a call that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. On the way home, the coolant light turned on again, so I took it back, and other issues came up. The technicians did not do a great job checking if everything was okay before giving the car back. The pump was switched out a couple of times, before realizing that the issue was not the pump to begin with. After the repair was done, I noticed the car was shaking (never had this problem before). Additionally, there were visible scratch marks on the fender and hood. I emailed the supervisor, but never got a response. Lastly, there was electrical tape hanging from the bottom of the car.
Almost eight months have passed since I had the radiator repaired, and the car started leaking in April. It's only been 8 months, and the car is leaking again?? I doubt the car was inspected after the repairs were done. On April 27th, I dropped the car off due to the leak, undercarriage noise (have a video), and shaking - all of which I stated to the advisor.
The car was in the shop for TEN WEEKS, and I did not receive any updates. Within the 10 weeks, I called and texted the advisor numerous times to get updates, and all I got was "I'll call you soon for a update" in May. I also called the service center to speak to a supervisor, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. At the end of June, I called again and was told the system was hacked for two weeks. The system was hacked for 2 weeks??? My car had been there for more than two weeks and still had no updates. TEN weeks later, I get a call that my extended warranty is not covering the leaking hose and would cost $1600. The part costs $100, where does the other $1500 come in? Labor? My concerns about the shaking were not mentioned in the paperwork. The strange noise coming from the front left wheel, which made me feel unsafe driving the car, was not repaired either. Technicians were "unable to locate the noise." Yet they claim I denied service for it. Basically, my car sat there for 10 weeks, the battery died (app notified), and no repairs were done. Incompetent service center.
Today, I picked up the car, and on the report they give, it states, "Noise in the front area repairs declined at this visit, the customer declined at this time." I never once declined the strange noise issue. I declined the $1600 repair because I knew it could be done for much less. Overall, I won't ever be coming back to this location. Make sure you take pictures of your car and the loaner car. Beverly Hills Service Center is a mess. Worst experience.

Really appreciated the team taking care of my older car while passing through on a road trip. A warning light came on and they were able to solve the issue quickly and expertly to get me back on the road. Silvia’s service was first class from start to finish and I felt fully informed about my options and pricing.

Last month I was here for getting a new tire and they took 4-5 hours to get it done. And when I left and the engine light was on, what??? They did it even notice that and told me the car’s ready. Then I was out of the town and finally brought my car in on 6/22, the experience was far from satisfactory. The service was delayed by several hours beyond the schedule time. And I was not informed of the reason for the delay, called the office and the person no answer, then I brought this issue to other service staff, but their response was unhelpful and dismissive. The issues remain unresolved. I hope that management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure better customer service!

I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills for the past six years, and my experience with their service advisor, Terry McKee, has been nothing short of exceptional. Terry is truly the best! He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive top-notch service and that my car is in perfect condition.
From the very first time I met Terry, he made me feel like a valued customer. His attention to detail, extensive knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and genuine care for his clients are unparalleled. No matter the issue, Terry always finds the best solution for my car, ensuring that it runs smoothly and safely.
What sets Terry apart is his dedication and personalized approach. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explains the necessary repairs or maintenance, and always keeps me informed throughout the entire process. I never feel rushed or pressured, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills Service is the only place I trust with my car, and Terry McKee is a big reason why. His expertise, reliability, and friendly demeanor make every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Terry and the entire service team to anyone looking for exceptional care for their Mercedes-Benz. Thank you, Terry, for always going the extra mile!

I recently brought my E350 to the Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills Service Center and was given a C300 as a loaner. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. On the same day I received the loaner, the tire went flat after a very slight touch on the curb. I highly doubt that a well-maintained tire would go flat from such minimal impact, and I suspect the tire was already worn out before it was given to me.
To make matters worse, I was charged nearly $500 for the tire replacement (though google tells me it should cost only $100-$350). When I asked why the tire couldn't be repaired since the damage was so small, I was told that C300 tires are prone to going flat again, so a full replacement was necessary. This explanation seems questionable and feels like an excuse to charge more.
I argued with the manager about this unfair charge, but he only offered a miserably $20 discount, which was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! I firmly believe I shouldn't have to pay for this fee, as I suspect the tire was already in poor condition when it was handed over to me.
This experience makes me wonder if this service center is making money off of loaner cars by charging customers for pre-existing issues. I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and would caution others about this potential issue when using their loaner services.

As a loyal customer of Beverly Hills MBZ's service department for close to two decades, it pains me to write this review. What was once a beacon of excellence in customer service has dimmed to a shadow of its former self. My recent experience is a testament to this decline. I can expect that from a Toyota or Hyundai dealership, but not Beverly Hills MBZ.
Arriving at the dealership for my scheduled appointment, a full half-hour ahead of time, I anticipated the prompt and attentive service that had become the norm over the years. Instead, I was met with a disheartening display of neglect. For 45 minutes, I sat there, ignored and disregarded, as if my time held no value. I was the 3rd car in line on the cue for service.
I decided to leave and take my business to another dealership that recognizes the value of customer care. I called the service department to express my discontent with the situation and asked to speak to a manager. Michael Reyes later contacted me, who deceitfully misrepresented himself as the manager and offered excuses and hollow apologies devoid of sincerity. He offered a "discount on the service" when I returned, as well as other goodies I did not ask for or accept, as I have no problem paying for the service to my vehicle. I decided to leave and take my business to another dealership that recognizes the value of customer care. I am thrilled with my decision and will continue supporting them.
It is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to Beverly Hills MBZ. I can no longer support a business that has veered so far from its commitment to its customers. To those contemplating Beverly Hills MBZ for their automotive needs, think twice. Loyalty is a mutual bond, and sadly, this dealership has chosen a path that leads away from the very qualities that once made it exceptional.

We have been coming here for 2 years and after waiting for a return call from our service advisor, called 4 times today (2x both service advisor and service manager were out of office; waiting 15 minutes on 3rd call for a service advisor). I called a 4th time only to be tersely told by the receptionist after I requested for upper management and she insisted on transferring me back to service department, and I then insisted on speaking with someone who was physically present, that she was not in the service department, didn't know who was there and I should just call the direct line to the service department myself. After I summarily told that receptionist that she should be nicer and more proactive with their clients who pay easily a $1000 for a tune up I called the service department directly and Kaia from scheduling handled my issue with professionalism and courtesy which is the only reason I am giving Mercedes 2 stars because of her recovery. She is escalating it to a manager and hopefully will get a call back.
Update: I am downgrading the review to 1 star because to date 3 days after, still no call from management and 4 hours after we left another message with out service manager. We ended up calling our former service team in Santa Monica and it took them barely 2 minutes to find our records, confirm our recall issue (which was holding up our registration) and set up an appointment.

On freeway 7:10 this morning. A car at very high speed came up on the right. Multiple unsafe lane changes, tailgating, carpool violations- you get the picture.
