Be carful with this brand. They never refunded $100 on my Visa gift card. I even contacted their headquarters and spoke to the manger as well. No refund on my Visa card.

They really need to shut this location down. The staff is beyond incompetent. They much rather look at their phone then talk to a customer. I tried for three days to contact them on the phone to see if they had address in stock and nobody ever answered

Worst customer service ever. Bought some sandals online and they shipped the wrong size. Then I called customer service and they said I have to send pictures in to prove I got the wrong size. Then while I was on the phone the call dropped and the person never called me back even though they had my phone number. I was in the process of emailing the photos as requested. I tried calling back multiple times and the call kept going straight to voicemail. Had to call the next day and got the same person (Abigail) who made a bunch of excuses and it took 30 minutes for her to find my email and send a return label. Won't be purchasing online from this company again.

I went in, took time to browse and put a couple things aside 30 minutes before closing. I told them I had to go next door to meet someone for a minute. They reminded me they were closing in 30 minutes. I said that's plenty of time and I would be right back. I came back 10 minutes before closing and, not only did they not want to let me back in but, they put back my stuff. I asked them about it and they said their registers were already closed anyway. The manager was there and she argued that they were closing though it was way earlier that the set business hour and plenty of time for a quick shopper like me. Thumbs down for bad business operations.

I visited here today and had the best experience! Jimmy helped me and he was so sweet! I was able to find just what I wanted and it was on sale. I will happily shop here again.

Sales person so rude! Asian girl was super nice and white girl ill mannered! No words! I was shopping in this store sunce they open. Never seen someone so rude! Plus, the store was closed when I came back, in the middle of working hours.

Love this brand but this location is it pleasant to visit. You have to register at the door and you get a code that tells you how many people are in font of you. So far: ok.. I register and the store is completely empty. The app confirms I am next. Nobody comes to let me in. Eventually after some waving a nice lady comes by and tells me I can't come in because they occasionally book for private viewings. Ok.. you are Valentino collection people...

Had the best experience at this store! Bought an amazing black dress that gets compliments everytime I wear it! The staff helping me was amazing. The girls at he register were also lovely! It's been 3 years of wearing and buying their clothes and will keep going back!

Agree with what everyone is saying. Specifically asked if they do sales when bought tons of things for myself and mom and sister and they said no. Six days later all is 30% off. Still in the bags and they were so incredibly rude.

They were very helpful and friendly! They accommodated me well in the fitting room, by looking for my sizes while I tried clothes on. It was my first time here and I loved it.

The biggest ragtag group of assholes I've ever encountered work at this location. I went in today to try on a dress that I saw in the window, and they looked at me like I was absolute trash. I was blatantly ignored. It was actually comical the way the sales associate stuck his nose up and pirouetted away from me. When I asked if I could try on the dress from this low-level "luxury" brand, the less-than-eager sales associate begrudgingly said yes and took the dress from me. I ended up leaving, because I'd rather spend 15 times the price of the dress than give him one cent of commission. I've received better customer service at a gas station mini mart. Thankfully, I found a dress I liked much better. It is a Balmain.

If you ask me why retail is dying, I’ll tell you why. Zero customer service or support. Three people working in an empty store doing nothing. If you need help with anything you purchased online, they will not bother for a second to make an effort to help you. “Other stores do not assist customer with their online purchases.” Really? Where? What other stores?

Ah, Maje. It’s the sleek, cutting edge of chic Parisian fashions, so perfectly feminine yet also so comfortable and affordable. Top shelf, as they say. The staff are nice too, and the location works for easy access. I bought myself a cute little number for clubbing from here for under $200 that’ll turn every head I encounter.
