Went in to purchase a backpack and Michelle ( was working there for the day-usually at their main store) was awesome! Always feel a little intimidated walking into these higher end stores from stories you read, but she made us feel very comfortable! Had a wonderful experience and will be making future purchases soon with Michelle again!

terrible sales rep! Adrian Gutierrez was the associate who helped me. He was quick to make a sale. But once I had a problem with the bag he didn't want to have anything to do with me. Didn't bother taking the extra step to help solve the problem. Didn't want to bother with me what do ever. Referred me to go take my bag to Louis Vuitton repair shop to have a closer look at the defective bag. he said the defect on the bag look funny to him and his manager Tony. They were both no help whatsoever. Didn't even ask to see the bag in person. Wasn't even given a chance to show them the defect. The next day took it to the Louis Vuitton repair shop and Laney was such a big help!! Apologize for their behavior and gave me a full refund on the bag. Thank you so much once again Laney. Definitely will keep her contact card for any further purchases. Do not shop at the pop-up shop. Louis Vuitton California dream manager tony & Associate Adrian Gutierrez are terrible!!!

While wait for an hour on the waitlist, I got bored and found this store downstairs after browsing thru Nordstrom’s. I waited 5 minutes here and got everything I needed and was checking out by the time my 2 text confirmation told me I can come back to the flagship store and wait in their real line. Ridiculous. This place is a pleasure if you already know what you want. I was out within 15 minutes and no-hassle

Amazing coustomer service ! Friendly staff & management. it's a smaller store on first floor which got added on as a pop up store from upstairs Louis Vuitton California dream .If I'd go back for a purchase I definitely would go to the smaller pop up store on first floor. Take my word for it .

I love the products but customer service is horrendous. I’ve called and been on hold over an hour MULTIPLE times and all I have is 1 simple question. I need to speak to a human at one of the stores closest to me, not an automated message and virtual help is no help at all. I guess I’m out of luck this Mother’s Day.

I'm so thankful our friends at LVMH, decided to bless our monogrammed souls with the newest California Dream location downstairs at South Coast Plaza. Next time you pass by the 45+ minute line at the main store on 2nd floor don't forget that Jorge and our friends at CA Dream store still have all your favorite bags, gifts, fragrances and more a a fraction of the wait. I'm thankful that we have customized service at multiple locations here at South Coast, and will be back to see Jorge and the crew at California Dream on my next opportunity!!

Part of the whole shopping experience is excellent customer service. Went to the pop up store and 50 minutes after selecting the shoes, we walk out with nothing. Idea: inform your customers that it takes over an hour to bring the shoes from point A to point B.

Super overdue review! Whether you're a fan of LV or not, Louis Vuitton X was a great pop-up exhibit that showcased the 160+ year history of this mega designer brand and to learn how the styles changes from the past to the present, featuring some of the partnerships (Lagerfeld, Sherman, Kawakubo, etc.) that they had over the years. The exhibit took 2 floors, featuring the following rooms: 'Louis Vuitton: As seen by...', 'Origins: A Tradition of Modernity', 'Reinterpreting Icons', 'The monogram as a Blank Canvas', 'Art on Silk', 'Art Meets Fashion', 'Lights, Camera, Action! Louis Vuitton on the Red Carpet', 'Magic Malle: The Past is Present', 'Artisans' Room', and 'Artycapucines: Six Visions of a Contemporary Classic'. I really enjoyed the womenswear (the gowns and the dresses, oh my!) and the original trunks! Can we talk about that pink staircase?! Beautiful! There was definitely a crowd, and there were some parts of the exhibit where there could have been more of an encouragement of people to move along (ie, blocking the staircase for selfies). I thought it was pretty cool that their first stop of choice for this 'pop-up' tour was LA, which they'll be continuing on to Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, etc. +pop-up tour showcasing partnerships of LV +free to the public! +extremely limited metered street parking

From the moment you enter the store you will be captivated by the immersive art. Best display I have ever seen done in a store!

Free installation with pop-up shop. Nearby 2 hour free parking in public lot of Beverly Drive. What's not to like?Photos are highly encouraged. Even with all the people stunting for social media, the lines move quickly and it isn't too crowded. Really fascinating to see the designs of Louis Vuitton through the years with some great exhibits. The room with dresses worn by celebrities on the red carpet was my favorite.Pop-up shop selling everything from clothing to accessories to travel guide books. They also have some really cool dressing rooms.

I happened to be in California while the Louis Vuitton X exhibition was on and it was a once in a lifetime opportunity from coming half way across the world (South Africa) to check out the free pop up while I was around. Loved the attention to detail, information, pieces, classics, everything. Love the brand so couldn't have missed it. So glad it was extended or I woulda missed out.

FREE! Art meets fashion at the Louis Vuitton X Exhibit on Rodeo Drive. A super creative and immersive pop-up with all things Louis Vuitton worth visiting while in LA. We loved the pink staircase and all the different rooms. Parking was easy at one of the parking lots at Santa Monica Blvd.Beware: they have a gift shop, and won't be easy to leave without a little something!

You’ve seen the pictures everywhere, but this is a must see, and it’s free, which I think is amazing. I have gone back several times. It’s getting ready to close on the 10th of November, so don’t miss out. Did you know that Louis Vuitton was the trunk maker for Marie Antoinnette. ? and he was a runaway ... you’ve got to respect that. Go see
