I had an amazing experience shopping at Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills. The store was beautifully organized, and the staff provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. They were knowledgeable and attentive, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The luxury and attention to detail in their products are unmatched. My sister and I visited your store today and we were greeted by some of the friendliest people. Beau was exceptionally kind and got my sister a glass of water. He showed us the purse I was interested in. He took a lot of time with us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and everyone was extremely kind and polite.

I enjoyed my visit to LV in Beverly Hills on 10/04/2024. LV sales associate Kristen was such an amazing person helping me during my shopping time. She greeted me and my husband and immediately went into action with helping me decide which sneakers, purse and bracelet I wanted. Kristen even showed me a few new pieces that was debuted for the Fall/Winter 2024 collection which helped me decide on my next purchase. If you ever in Beverly Hills 295 N Rodeo Dr location please ask for Kristen. She will definitely help you all the way to the end. My husband stated that she made his first time in LA spectacular and wish she could come to Chicago to become my LV Personnel here but I’ll most definitely be back to see her in California.

Sad to say this location along with the other locations in Beverly Hills are pretty much racist. They will treat you like trash. I don’t understand how you only work in retail and people that come in there may possibly make way more than they do yet you’re treating them like trash. No one is better than the next. Unless you own the company, have several seats or get a job that actually pays the big bucks.

My daughther loves LV, so we are visiting LV around the world for some "local memories" to take back home. Around the world the service is proactives and super friendly, but not in the Beverly Hills store. We have been in the store for 10min without getting any support. The staff preferred to talk to each others and not serving customers. My daughter was disappointed and left the shop after 10min. The only good thing my credit card didn't get charged.

I must've been wearing my Walmart outfit on this day because I received no acknowledgment from any personnel. As i was standing near the register where 3 assistants were talking, a family walked near them, they were greeted, and helped promptly. I then moved to a counter and sat, i turned on my timer to see how long it would take for anyone to assist me. Unfortunately for the store, I walked out of the store before I purchased anything. Very disappointed in this store, I own several pieces. However, as of today, I will no longer support their brand.

Mixed opinions on this boutique,
First of all there is a wait list which is comparable to any other Louis Vuitton boutique but at this boutique the wait time is around 60 minutes when only 5 people are in the queue.
One sales associate with a somewhat receding hairline came across as very rude and dismissive as instead of helping me purchase a product i had decided upon he questioned wether i could afford it and pointed me in the direction of the queuing / waitlist registry where the lady had already imputed my name incorrectly into the system.
Around five minutes later a man with a diamond stud in his nose greeted me and was super receptive of the fact that i wanted to purchase a particular bottle of cologne, he was professional and helped me checkout and then packaged it up very nicely, yet i believe that all staff should treat one like this, especially when a large corporation is charging scandalous amounts for a bottle of cologne. ($400+ after taxes).
