Staff was incredibly attentive and followed up on everything that i asked. They found the perfect gift for me and ordered it into the store. Still one of the best fashion houses in existence today. May be small but they are designing up some beautiful fashions! Iconic design which pays homage to its roots is what we desire.

Long story short I bought a pair of shoes my wife did not like. When I went back in David Leonti helped me out to return the pair that did not work and gave me great advice to find me a great pair. He was beyond professional and was so helpful. The Lanvin corporate internet system was down that day and so was FedEx. Even so he was still able to find the tracking number of the shoes and was so prompt getting back to me via text message. I am very impressed and will always ask for him when going to the store. Btw love the shoes!

Horrible customer service. The workers seem to act like they don't want to work there. I walked into the store not one person greeted me or said a word to me. I found it very disrespectful due to it being a high fashion store on rodeo drive. Totally not satisfied with my experience.

Okay, so I have walked into the store once before, but really did not find anything I was wanting. It does fit a certain audience. Today as I was leaving Bay Street I wanted to try once again, so I forced my friend inside.

Went in the other day and was absolutely blown away. This review is really more for the great customer service I received. I was greeted by Kat upon entering and immediately felt comfortable, hard to feel in light of shopping during Covid. I was going in for a new outfit for an upcoming special occasion, but wasn't sure what would be quite "right." She asked all the right questions and was able to help me pick out the perfect one (and then some!). It's like she knew what would be my perfect style before I could figure it out. My own personal stylist. Can't wait to be back to see her next time I need to wow an audience.
