An absolute nightmare. Labcorp as a whole has been terrible. This location closes all the time. My doctor ordered a simple blood test. This lab failed to complete it. I was sent back to the lab so that they could correct their mistake. For a month I made attempts but the lab would randomly close during hours listed as open. I tried four other locations in town and they gave me multiple reasons why they couldn’t see me, including having to close early, only seeing patients from certain doctors, waitlists etc. Another month has gone by and still can’t get to a lab because they’re either closed or too busy. This has gone from comical to frustrating. My doctor has had to order the lab work for a third time. Will try again tomorrow. Maybe they’ll be open, maybe not. Unacceptable.

I went there for annual blood test. The check in was fast and effective. Nancy who draw my blood was very professional. I usually has issue with finding my vein but she did it easy and fast. They know their job.

This is an amazing establishment. I checked in for my annual labs at a computer which El Segundo fast and easy.Then I sat down for 2 minute and I was seen.The woman drawing my blood was incredible.I am terrified of needles and she quickly found my vein and took the samples with zero pain and I was done.I didn't hurt and I didn't bleed and all this happened in under 10 minutes. Amazing.

Made an appointment online a few days ago and provided my insurance card. I went for my appointment today and the lady at the check in informed me they don't take my insurance. Then she offered me to go to Quest Diagnostic across the street at 435 N Bedford Dr. Since parking is a headache I walked to that location and saw the business is closed... so frustrating. There's no phone number to call someone and check and they don't have the courtesy to call in advance and inform patients if their insurance isn't covered. And they send me somewhere else that's not even open is beyond unprofessional.

Wonderful staff! I showed up early and they were able to get me checked in and done wIn 10 minutes! Maribel drew my blood and she was amazing. I have small veins that move and she was successful right away! Thank you!

I had the best Labcorp experience at this location, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I made an appointment at 8:30am, and I was in and out in less than 15 min! Cynthia not only checked in for me, but she also called me into the office right after, and got my tiny rolling veins the first time. I usually dread going to Labcorp since I am used to waiting at least 30 min just to get called in. Thank you Cynthia! I'll be back :)

I made an appointment for a blood test this past Monday and was very pleased that the girl who was working did a great job ! It didn't hurt at all she definitely was a pro and was friendly , knowledgeable and had great energy. Forgot her name otherwise I'd mention it. The environment was organized and clean. I was the only one there when I arrived and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Just waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Another man came in giving hell about how he had to wait 15 minutes and they took him before me...who had been waiting for 50 minutes. Told me they didn't have my appointment...even though I had an email confirmation and the kiosk had my info. Complete mess here. If you are forced to go here make sure not to use the kiosk, because they pay no attention to it. And if you don't stand in front of them and make them see you, cranky entitled men get to cut the line.

I am so angry at how my blood was drawn at this place. The nurse pressed so hard in a very weird way, I screamed in pain. I almost passed out. It was the unnecessary pressure she put not the site not the needle itself. My arm was blue for 5 days which is not that big of a problem, but I am worried that she might have caused me some injury because now, week later, my arm hurts and there is a bump on the site as well as something strange under my skin like another bump. I have to go get examined by a doctor to see if there is an injury. I've. had my blood drawn many time throughout my life and the pain is usually bearable and quick- this was something very different. She needs to be taken off the job and retrained. Don't go to this place.

This is one of the worst lab I have ever tried. They made a mistake in my tests. For the second time. They don’t understand the doctors order, and they don’t try to understand.

I was able to walk right in and was welcomed by a friendly face. Alin helped me check in and update my address. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Professional, friendly and easy.

Avoid this place at all cost. They blamed my spouse for not being able to take her blood (after hurting her multiple times). Never experienced something more unprofessional.
