Great store! But I think they should open at around 8am. Dogs wake up very early and almost every time I'm In need before work they're never open and in the evening they close quite early as well. Cool store but unreliable hours and random closures.

I'm a regular customer here and have been for years. Went today and picked up a bunch of discounted holiday dog toys to drop off at the shelter. A couple of the toys were regular priced even though they were in the discounted section. Normally I wouldn't care, but was super disappointed the manager couldn't honor the discounted price even though I spent over $100. Told me it's price manipulation, I call it a price adjustment. Just a miserable manager, doesn't belong in a place for our furry friends.

Has to be the best pet food store in the entire area. This store has the best customer service that I have experienced. They carry all the best brands of healthy dog and cat food. Plenty of ample parking in an off street parking lot. As an added bonus they offer a dog self wash area where you can bathe and dry your dog at a very reasonable price. They include everything including towels and aprons.For those who prefer to have their large bags of kibble delivered to their home, they offer free delivery. I highly recommend that you try Pet Food Express and you will not be disappointed!

Their dog self wash is handy but bring your own soap if you come on the weekend because they don't refill the soap and it runs out. Water pressure is bad on the weekends as well. Some employees will provide extra soap but others will not.Better to come during the week.

This place is F A N T A S T I C!!! Please don't go there!! I don't want the secret to get out!I have two B I G Husky's and they don't fit in those little aluminum washing doggie tubs! Plus how is one going to lift my biggies into those tubs, cause they ain't jumpin in. The wash area is like a spa for dogs, Tiled showers, big wide steps so your dog can actually walk into the shower!!! Just perfect for. Biggies!!! A little pricey, but you get what you pay for, oh and bring your own doggie shampoo brush etc, theres not so good!!

Worst Pet Food Express I've ever been to. Pet Food express is always been my first choice because of the way the employees care and have the sweetest kindest personalities also the great products which is why I was so disappointed in this location. Filthy bath stations along with rude and sarcastic managers. Really sad to see Pet Food Express represented this way.

The whole staff is extremely helpful and friendly, wouldn't go anywhere else! They are also carry my pups hard to find favorite treats!

I can't say enough about this bathers heaven for dogs. The employees assist at a moments notice and sometimes if they see you could use some help they are right by your side. So glad this place was recommended to me. Price is better than perfect. Try it you won't be disappointed

Great pet store! Plenty of food & treat options. Friendly staff. Store is also very clean. I come here regularly to give my dog a bath. They have shampoo, conditioner, aprons, towels, collars, and etc for all your dog bathing needs. It makes it a lot easier!

I stumbled across this pet store and so happy that I did. This store has exceptional brands, and great options. I bought my little puppy the Kiwi brand dog food and he loves it. I already went back in and bought another 4 packs because my dog finished it so quickly. If you buy three, they offer the fourth one complimentary which is very generous of them. You will find high quality dog food that will keep your pup healthy. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable and actually care to help. Chris, the manager has been exceptionally helpful both times I visited. He helped me find the right type of food for my dog. Thank you Chris for all your help. I will be back for more!

Love the staff, their helpfulness and attention to detail. The customer service here is superior. The range of products is wonderful and seems to not have a Supply Chain issue. They also pay attention to ethical products made in the USA.
