I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 NX from Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills with Yosseline as my salesperson. From the moment I reached out to the dealer, Yosseline's friendliness and commitment to ensuring my experience was nothing short of excellent was evident.She went above and beyond to accommodate my pickiness by preparing multiple vehicles for me to test upon my arrival and patiently allowed me to explore the desirability of each model (NX, RX, ES) at my own pace.Yosseline's friendliness was unparalleled. She not only demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the Lexus lineup but also took the time to understand my specific requirements, ensuring a painless selection process. Her enthusiasm and genuine desire to make my car-buying experience exceptional truly set her apart.The positive experience extended way beyond the showroom floor with Aida, the finance person, playing a critical part in smoothly closing the deal.Aida carried herself in a professional manner and provided a significant amount of assistance during the ordeal, making it a seamless and stress free process. I am particularly grateful for Aida's assistance and guidance as we ran into some hurdles. At one point she even saved the day with her quick thinking!Due to both Yosseline's and Aida's amazing customer service my experience at Jim Falk was exceptional. I am thankful for the personalized attention and the effort invested in ensuring my satisfaction throughout the entire process and will definitely be returning in the future when I am looking for a new vehicle!

I wish I had read the comments before going to this store. Freddie and Brandon (manager and sales/buyer) are scammers. The store is nice, Lexus is a strong name, but this store is far from being a place for you to trust your money and time. The two main guys there are scammers. Run from this place. I hope you can read this message before going there. If you want to buy a car, definitely go to another place. If you want to sell, run from this place. Read how many negative comments and very similar comments are written about this place.

I came in for a Lease Buy Out and had the pleasure of working with Eliana (she was great and this review does not reflect my experience with her). After telling Eli I would be purchasing my vehicle with Cash I was then introduced to Nora Halstead (sales manager) to try and upsell me into a new lease/car. The interaction with Nora was one of the rudest, hostile, and unprofessional experiences as I was unwilling to entertain her sales pitch to get into a new car and use the cash I was purchasing the car back with as upfront payments for 36 months. Once she realized I wasn’t open to turning my car in for a new lease she stormed off without acknowledging me, thanking me for my time, or treating me like a valued customer. Two members of my family have leases with Jim Falk Beverly Hills and will now be taking their business elsewhere upon lease end (one already has due to a similar poor experience at lease end). I recommend this dealership train their sales team on treating their ‘valued’ customers with more respect moving forward.

This place is a nightmare. The sales rep, the financing crew, beginning to end. Glad to never go back there Again. Getting hounded for months after driving off the lot and having the car at home. These people are relentless and shady.Only good part was the test drive of the car that I ended up getting. Sad that the person doing the test drive wasn’t who actually helped sell the car.

I was dealing with Frederique Hoffman and I can surely say that I have received the worst customer service experience possible with Frederique. Frederique wasn't knowledgeable, was pushing and was saying things that were not right and not ethical. I am very unhappy with the service and I won't be back. Such an attitude that I have received from Frederique and I would recommend to calm down and learn a way of how to talk to people in addition to being more polite and understanding towards others.

READ THE REVIEWS! THEY ARE 1,000% TRUE! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!I was at this dealership a few days ago to get a new car as my Lexus lease was up. The I don't even remember the name of the sales person I worked with, as I've tried to forget this experience. However she was amazing. THE SAME COULD NOT BE SAID FOR MANAGEMENT! I ended up getting stuck working with a manager named June. He was SO condescending and degrading. I was truly shaken. I couldn't even get a lease price for a new vehicle with them running my credit. Sir, I've had 3 lexus leases I can assure you I can qualify. He insisted that he run my credit to see if I "qualify for a new Lexus lease". I tried to leave and he insisted that I stay. I literally had to walk out. It was so awful. And in the background I hear another lady sales manager yelling at one of her employees. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This place needs to keep in mind who is in their showroom before raising their voice. I WENT TO SANTA MONICA AND BOUGHT MY CAR! The experience was AMAZING!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I called their sale department asking for a quote. The sales manager told me to call back when I'm serious. I'm so shocked because I have a lexus from this dealership right now and i was serious about getting a lexus from them again thinking they would treat their existing customers better... I guess I was wrong. WOW !!

I can't recommend Lanndon and his manager John enough!! They were so lovely, straightforward, transparent, and nice to work with. I had such a pleasant and lovely experience that I've never had at any other car dealership. 10/10 experience, and I got the car I had been looking for at the price I wanted :)

This was an amazing experience! Catalin (Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills) Notice was an awesome salesperson and his manager, was terrific as well. They were very upfront with their pricing, very easy to work with, and had excellent communication. I got the exact hot car I wanted for the price I wanted, and they worked with me every step of the way. I live about hours away from their dealership, and they did everything they could to make it a seamless deal, IN and OUT just an hour. Thank you Catalin…and thank you Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills!!

This review is for the sales staff at Jim Falk. We purchased RX500H, initial purchase experience was pleasant but we were given only one key at the time of delivery, excuse? chip shortage! We were promised that our second key would be available in June. Left numerous phone messages and their response was contact/pressure "Lexus" directly or contact service department. What?The vehicle comes with trial App digital Key but this feature is not dependable and not usable, shame on Lexus. I ran into another Jim Falk customer at the Tint shop who confirmed that she also received just one key. What happen to the customer service? Is it the customer's responsibility to find the second key? How? I am disappointed at this dealership for not following through with their words.
