Wonderful experience. This was my 1st encounter and I was a bit annoying since my Rolex was getting fixed but I truly appreciated their patience with all my calls to check up on my watch! Dimitry is very kind and I would for sure buy my next Rolex with this store. It’s actually too nice of a place to be a pawn shop! Their jewelry and watch selection is stunning. I highly recommend this jewelry boutique! Thank you again for all your patience with me and understanding. I will recommend everyone that wants jewelry and watches here!

Placed a deposit on a product, was told several times it wasn't ready. After returning post pandemic and post rebuild, I was charged double and a refusal to refund my deposit. I don't know about anyone else but most jewelers I've gone to, work on a trust basis and try to earn my future business, this place is extremely untrustworthy and do not recommend doing business with them. Unless of course you want to get scammed.

I placed a deposit on a product end of 2019 and went in a few times to be told it wasn't ready. The pandemic hit, then their store was burned down. When I returned after waiting over 2 years they tried to charge me double and refused to refund my deposit. It was a terrible experience and they are $400 cash richer for pocketing my deposit with delivering.

I just left this place. The blonde woman looked at me as soon as l entered the shop with a furrowed brow as though l didn't belong in there. I asked for a specific design when a young man stepped up. He was not familiar with it so I showed him an image on my phone. She just continued to shake her head no, and said no, no, no. I didn't see anything in their case similar to the design l was looking for but I asked if something could be made She interrupted and continue to say No. After being treated so disrespectfully I asked to be buzzed out immediately and let the man know she wasn't willing to even consider helping me and she was not very nice. Her body language, facial expression and negative responses to anything l asked about leads me to suggest NOT to shop here. Shame on you Jewels on Wilshire. You never know who walks into your store and what they have to spend. Fix your face lady and TRY to at least be a little bit accommodating and polite. Or better yet, get another job out of customer service. It's not your gig.

STAY AWAY!!! If you lack knowledge they will fool you. In the pawn business, you will not never get what your property is truly worth, ever. But this place is mental, a complete joke. I came here to pawn and their price was ridiculous, nowhere near half the value of items, absolutely ridiculous. I laughed as soon as I got in my car. I promise you there are establishments with more knowledge and sense who will not lowball you this way. Head a bit more north down near West Hollywood. You won't regret it.

I have been coming to Jewels on Wilshire for ten years. Pawned several antique pieces, watches, rings and earrings. They do custom jewelry work with earrings and all jewelry with extreme accuracy. Excellent job with jewelry cleaning and experts with doing professional appraisals. They have excellent selection of watches and many rolexes with very great prices. I send all my friends there to pick up gifts and do so myself for many years. I highly recommend them for all jewelry needs!

I , like most people who saw the new Pepsi GMT was on Rolex AD waiting list for over a YEAR & half!!! I came across Dima through a mutual friend and after knowing what he does, I've told him about the watch that I want. Now not only he gave me a great price for it . The watch came in an extremely short time. Dima is a pleasant and honest person to deal with and just an all around good person. Since this purchase I have managed to work with Dima on 2 other watchs ( 1 for my wife a DJ and selling my explorer 2) He gave me a tremendous advice on what to choose and what quality to look for for setting diamonds in my wife's watch. ( My wife LOVES her watch and is to the moon with the diamond setting on it ) Dima, is by far one of the best people to know in the jewelry & luxary watch industry and I am blessed to know him.
