“Anne Sisteron has been my go-to jewelry brand for years. The style is elevated, refined, a bit edgy and stylish but not trendy. Although many of the items I've purchased have been for special occasions, I can't help but wear them everyday. There is a wide variety of price points as well. Often, moonstone or white topaz is used to make a similar statement to a higher end stone at much lower cost. Every year when the big sales come around, I am so tempted to add another piece to my collection. The quality has been high and held up to everyday use. I love this BRAND!”

“I purchased my Rolex many years ago at this store. Unfortunately Rolex no longer have a service center in Beverly Hills so I was advised to take the watch to Geary’s (on Rodeo) who have an on site repair person . In the past at Rolex I could have the watch back in a matter of hours at most and they always went above and beyond. At Geary’s I was told it was a minimum of 7 days even if it was just a battery. As I was due to go away I followed up on Day 4 and was told the person I spoke with, that my watch could take up to 16 weeks if it had to be sent out and then given the runaround about the person who I had asked to speak to, being in a meeting. If my watch was going to take up to 16 weeks, I would never have left it as the watch is very precious to me and probably travelled to a city with a Rolex service location. Given the status of Geary’s I expected more. No one had even called to give me an update or estimate. I thankfully called back again and this time an extremely helpful person named DUSTIN saved the day. Dustin was thoughtful, understanding and effective which was very much appreciated. Thanks to Dustin, I changed my review.”

Zero customer service, no personalized shopping experience and unless you're spending several thousand dollars you are treated like a second class citizen. My boyfriend and I began our custom engagement ring journey not fully knowing what we were getting ourselves into. Recommended by a co-worker, we stopped by Beverly hills Jewelers as our first stop, anticipating this to be be one of many places we were going to visit that day. But that's about as far as we made it.
After just a few minutes of chatting with Nikki, she was already helping us navigate all the little nuances of selecting a ring style and design. She took the time to truly understand what we were trying to create, and before we knew it, we were putting down a deposit.
It only took two additional meetings (and lots of helpful texts) with Nikki, for us to finalize the design. We just picked up the finished ring a couple of weeks ago and it exceeded our expectations. The proposal is coming soon, so no pictures yet, but I cannot WAIT to be able to wear this gorgeous ring.
Thank you Nikki, for all your help, patience, and creativity! You truly made this process easy and painless for us. We look forward to seeing you again when its time to design our wedding bands!!”
