Unfortunately it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish working with this company. I purchased a piece on September 9 but the piece didn’t work for me so I promptly returned and they agreed to exchange for something else in their collection. Only today, Nov 18, did they say that they would not be honoring their word and will not exchange.I have worked in the industry for 10 years (at both Tiffany and Chopard) and we never would treat a client like this nor have I received such poor service from any jeweler.I would not advise doing business with such a company, one without morals and ethics, especially when there are so many great honest jewelers to work with.Incredibly unfortunate.

This boutique jewelry store is one of the most beautiful stores around. The elaborate displays are truly as unique as the one-of-a-kind pieces this place has to offer. Whenever I am in the market for a new piece of jewelry I like to take my time and search other stores thoroughly to be sure I am getting a piece that I love. I don't like the feeling of getting something and finding something a short while later I like even better because I didn't take my time to search. The staff at Jewelerette & Co. is patient and helpful every time I decide to come back having been all over. Since their opening I have also been utilizing their cleaning services which always surpass my expectations.

I could not be happier with my experiences at Jewelerette! They helped me custom design by wedding band and I loved how it turned out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they get custom work done promptly. They have really unique and beautiful pieces in their cute shop. I highly recommend them!
