My husband and I saw unique boots in the store window, we then decided to walk in and visit for the first time Monday 5:30PM. We were greeted right away and started browsing at the merchandise. The selection and quality available for purchase we were pleasantly impressed with, however the experience of a staff member prevented us from executing the purchase of $750 boots. I was speaking with a warm and friendly female sales representative and she convinced me to try them on, I agreed but the other male salesman jumped in after I tried them on and was extremely pushy, trying to get a feel if we were going to provide a sale. He said the boots can be worn all the way up or down lower, he proceeded to touch the boots which were above my knee and pushed them lower which caused him to tough my bare thigh because I wore shorts. This is too close for my comfort because people like personal space. In the future you should the customer permission to make sure they give the ok to assist you trying on an item. I said to him 2-3 times we need a moment, he then took the boots in the back because he assumed we were not going to buy. We can buy online but do not plan to come back unless management addresses the store experience. Good day.

I had to think about writing this review for a while as both Michael and Amy were helpful at the store but I have to say I am 100% disappointed with the follow up and the store policy.
1. I felt that I was persuaded to have to purchase the expensive leather jacket if I wanted to try out the two smaller sizes because Beverly Hills store only had size 38. I was also told that if I don't buy the 38 and decided to keep the size 38 that it might get sold out. Plus I was offered 15% off but that offer was only good if I buy it that day. Yes, I should have known better not to buy into this scenario as sales person makes commission off customers' purchases. But having said this, Michael should have given me an option to hold the size 38 and try out the other sizes flown from other parts of the country. OR mention that website has refund policy so I can always shop online and try out to make sure all the sizes and fits are ok. I would have really appreciated this and would have become a loyal customer.
2. It took 10 days from the day the other 2 jackets were order (one from Miami and the other from NYC) to arrive to the Beverly Hills store.
3. The store policy of no REFUND but store credit only up to 10 days from the day of purchase is not very customer friendly policy. The website offers full refund but not the store?! I found this out after I purchase the item at the store. So buyers beware of this policy.
4. I had to follow up myself to find out when the jackets are arriving and so follow up from the store. Once you buy the clothes, no great customer service like I received when I was in the store.
5. Revolve is selling the same jacket for 30% off so I asked if they would consider price match after what I had gone through. Asked Michael first and he said he should be able to offer the additional 15% off refund or store credit but have to ask the manager. I expected that answer but never head back.
5. Since it arrived on the 10th day of the purchase and it was during the week, I could not just drop everything and go to the store as I was working. I made arrangements to go few days later. Michael was off but asked Amy (Assistant Manger) about this and she said since Michael is off, she has to discuss this with him the next day and she said she will definitely get back to me on this. Prior to this conversation, I did ask separately to to Michael and Amy to have an opportunity to speak with the manager but both did not give me that choice. Instead Amy said she is the assistant manager.
6. Since the 10th days have passed and it was the 12th day when I finally got to try out the jackets, I felt I had no choice but to keep the jacket. I would have wanted to return it and get a FULL REFUND.
Charming in person at the store but honestly I feel that I was given poor customer treatment in terms of follow ups and left with very bad feelings about the brand and the store. It is a very competitive world we live in now, with many clothing brands out there and I would think IRO would want to remain competitive and provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT THIS STORE DOES NOT AFTER THE PURCHASE. MANAGMENT SHOULD RETHINK THEIR STORE RETURN REFUND POLICY AND TRAIN THEIR STAFF TO HAVE PROVIDE FOLLOW UP SKILLS WHICH IS CRITICAL TO THE SURVIVAL OF THE BRAND IN MY OPINION.
For sure I will not be buying IRO clothing any longer and would certainly recommend to all my fashion savvy friends and family from all over the world NOT to shop at IRO. Truly disappointed.

Be aware of this brand they are a total scam place. See my experience from the store in Netherlands below. Paris also does not take returns and customer service does not respond. Phone line is disconnected.======If I could give 0 stars I would. Be aware they scam you at this store. I purchased a $500 denim jacket (full price). Next day came to return as I tried it on at the hotel and it did not fit. They won’t refund. Manager clueless (see photo). They said it’s their policy not to accept returns or do refunds. This is not H&M or Zara or even high end like YSL or Chanel. All of those stores do returns / exchanges. The manger pointed me to a very tiny print on receipt in Deutch! Seriously?! There is a little sign on the register but who reads that plus it’s misleading. BE AWARE of these SCAM ARTISTS! Absolutely redic. Manager also said I am not the first person to be surprised - unbelievable! There are other reviews that say the same thing.Tried to contact customer support multiple times - phone disconnected no one responded to emails.Boycott this place!!!

I LOVE Iro's clothes but I have to say, Michael the their stylist who works there is just as great and creates so much value in the shopping exp esp when trying to learn a new brand or collection-! He will fit and style you so so well, knows what colors compliment you and is really fun to work with. Brendon their manager is also super helpful and they're very customer service oriented which is huge to me. Thanks guys for the fun & positive shopping exp-! Look fwd to coming back!!

Shoppers Beware: The worst return policy and customer service. You can not get your money back even for full price items. You are better off buying online from the website or places like Revolve and getting a refund.

Had bed experience with Laricia!I bought 2 jackets and haven’t try them on,because they didn’t have my size at this store! So I ordered from Venice beach store! When I came to pick up my stuff I understood one of the model I don’t like it!So I try to return it in the store, but the gave me hard time but I couldn’t return it!They gave me credit voucher, but I wasn’t satisfied!I just wanna buy the model which is great for my type of body! For that type of store I think should be work more professional people and treat their customers with friendly service and make them feel comfortable!

I really like their merchandise. It can be cool and edgy but it's definitely redundant. My biggest problem with this brand is that they have substantially raised their prices. A pair of jeans used to be in the $200 range. Now they're asking for $430. That's an over 100% increase just in a couple of years. Same thing with their boots. It used to be in the $400 range but now it's close to a $1000. I'm sorry but these prices don't make sense. I used to buy a lot from them but won't be shopping there anymore.

The dresses slay at Iro’s. I got myself some cute lil numbers there, and one petite, form fitting thin tailored leather jacket there. The prices are high but the wear is custom and most staff are super helpful to me. I finished out with a pair of black pumps and was on my way! Located in Venice, this place rocks!
