Five stars! I recently moved to the neighborhood and was looking for someone friendly and honest to help me with a minor repair to my bumper. Emil was amazing and was able to quickly help me. I would highly recommend them and would definitely come back in the future.

Thank you Innovative for making my complete repair process from my initial phone conversation with you to the day I picked up my car seamless, professional and a stress free process. I left my Mercedes AMG with them and had damage on my car in two different locations and upon picking up my car it looks and drives like it did the day I picked it up from the dealer. Called several times (during work hours), no one picks up. Voice box is full, nowhere to leave a message. Website = nonexistent. Nowhere to view services, rates, and/or some kind of contact. Being this unreachable is already bad service.

Car wasn't even a month old and got a dent in the hood... went to one or two shops before coming here and was losing hope... I almost filed a claim before coming here, but Emil asked me to send some pictures... he followed up a few days later and had his dent guy come through... the guy spent a little over an hour on the fix and it looks new again. I would go back to these guys in a heartbeat. Good, honest and straight forward service no BS. I appreciated that. 5 stars!

These guys are real professionals. They were very honest about the services I needed for my Vehicle. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and told me what needed to be done now and what could wait until later. I appreciate the quick turn around time too. Ours was an old Prius, and we did not have collision insurance and faced a hit and run on our parked car that broke the rear bumper. The guys at Innovative understood immediately, and were realistic about what they could do while still re-using our old rear bumper. We have scratches and a dent, but they worked in our budget and were able to get the broken bumper reattached solidly and us up and out the door in record time -- a few hours. I'm used them before, and love the fact they are respectful and listen to what we need for the situation. I highly recommend them!
