My favorite Pilates studio in LA! Aesthetically pleasing, clean, organized, and there’s parking! The instructors are super nice, helpful, and well educated. The perfect private studio for solo or group classes, and the best mirrors for selfies!

If you are looking for a Pilates Studio in LA with excellent instructors, Hummingbird Pilates is it. The studio is located on the second floor of a retail center and occupies 3 separate rooms of quality Gratz style Pilates equipment. I have been diligently taking instruction from Emily for the past 2 years and have loved every moment. I had lower back and hip tightness and pain from driving too much (like most Angelenos) and am now pain free with so much more body mobility.The studio features beautiful hardwood floors and many windows that bring in natural light. The space is inspiring and makes you motivated to improve your one and only body. Recommend to folks that are interested in moving their body more or learning more about Pilates. Look for Emily, she's the best!

I’m in love with Hummingbird Pilates. I started going after I suffered a back injury (herniated disc). The physical therapy I tried did very little to alleviate the pain. I provided my diagnosis from my doctor to Tiffany (owner/trainer at Hummingbird). She put together a workout that was safe and my body quickly responded positively. In a very short time I can already see the improvements to my posture, alignment and relief of pressure on my lower back. This is a true classical Pilates studio and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Tiffany! I feel whole again!
