I've been seen by Dr. Cole several times. I love that he takes the time to explain the root cause of the problem and what to expect going forward. He's also very reasonable when it comes to pricing. Lastly, really appreciate the fact that I can schedule an appointment just a few days out. Highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Cole on multiple occasions. I truly appreciate his dedication to explaining the underlying issues and providing clear expectations for the future. His pricing is also very fair. What's more, I'm grateful for the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. I highly recommend his services!

I recently had a procedure of a keloid removal on my jawline that I've had for years that recently had been giving me trouble and pain. I was very nervous and on the fence of getting it done but after many conversations with Dr.Cole he gave me all the information i needed to feel comfortable to make the choice, and I'm so happy i did. the result are better than i every could of imagined. Dr.Cole and his staff are amazing!! They are kind and helpful and friendly. Dr.Cole himself is a spectacular dermatologist who always listens to his clients and has their best interest in mind. I found horizon after bouncing from many other doctors who tried to pressure and up sale me on cosmetic procedures i didn't even want or need, and not only that but they never listed to my concerns when it came to my skin. But after a short google search i found horizon and took a chance on visiting their office. it's been the best thing I've ever done. I'm always excited to see the staff and i always feel comfortable ask any and all questions whether it's in a visit or a phone call to the office. Please give horizon dermatology a visit they are amazing

This place is money first. Their billing practices are unethical. Had 3 appointments over 4 months. Billed me for $50 each time, and promised me via email, phone call, in person that it was $50. Then they made and “error” and sent me a bill for 300 saying each appointment should’ve been 150. They didn’t even call me and expected me to pay. Called them and they said sorry, you have to pay. It’s a scam, don’t trust their billing process or what they promise you. And they won’t even work with me to negotiate. When EVERY business in the world has a refund policy. Place is a joke

I had a pleasant experience and great results from my appointment here. Both the Dr. and the receptionist were very professional and honored the price initially quoted. Recommend.

Do not go here. I saw Dr Cole & Dr Cooley. I have a huge, ugly scar after a routine mole removal performed by Dr Cole. The process was awful; I waited so long on a cold table while they went to see cosmetic derm patients, that they had to re-administer numbing injections because they’d worn off by the time they came back to me. They claimed the large incision was due to needing to be thorough and get the roots, but 1 year later, it appears the mole is growing back. They didn’t even have appropriate bandages to cover the wound after the procedure, so just put a lot of gauze and tape on me. Avoid, a complete waste of money and they couldn’t even perform the procedure properly.

Avoid this place. They were in-network for my insurance, but because I had out of state insurance they just assumed I was out-of-network and charged me the full cost of the procedure upfront. Fast forward 6 months of back and forth between my insurance and their billing department and I finally got it squared away. Pretty sure this type of billing practice is illegal, but don't quote me on that.

I found Horizon Dermatalogy at Groupon.com and purchased 20 unit botox. I called them to make an appointment. I specifically told them that I have a groupon for 20 unit botox that I would like to use. They took my information. Name and phone number and booked the appointment. When I went today to have my botox done, the receptioist told me that you have already been here so you can not use the groupon. I told her that I didn't know I had been here. Why didn't you tell me on the phone when I booked the appointment that I had been there and could not use the groupon. Why do you guys drag me here and then let me know. This was not professional at all. I had already bought the groupon a while ago so I can not get a refund from groupon because their refund policy is only 3 days. What they were trying to do is to drag me there and tell me that they wouldn't honor the groupon and make me pay $15 per one unit of botox. Be careful everyone. Maybe they deceive you on how many units they actually use on you. Who knows!

Quite scary how many scam operations are running off of ZocDoc - whether it be overcharging, bait and switch or insurance scams trying to bill the patient directly instead of running the procedure through insurance as they should... I encounter these experiences far too commonly when visiting dermatologists I find on ZocDoc. Be careful folks! First of all, when you book on ZocDoc it shows a different doctor than you end up seeing. There is someone named Dr. Sree Karukonda but you end up seeing somebody named Dr. Cole. The examination room is literally a chair in an empty room with no drawers or instruments ... the receptionist is also the nurse ... In the waiting room there is only 4 or 5 chairs. People are standing around waiting to be seen by the one doctor on staff. Once inside, they try to convince you to pay for the procedure yourself instead of billing through insurance as they should be... I can't believe how many doctors are running this scam. The reason they don't want to bill through insurance is that insurance negotiates on prices and you end paying less in the end of you run it through insurance. If they convince the patient to pay them directly at the time of the visit they not only get paid the full amount they are asking but they also get paid immediately. This particular building on La Cienaga seems to be filled with a lot of shady ZocDoc derms as I've seen more than one in this building. The doctor seems more interested in churning and burning patients than actually addressing patients health needs. If you are seeing the doctor for more than an injectable filler or cortisone then god help you. I cannot imagine someone getting laser here. Yikes... Again, be careful folks...

Horrible experience waste of money and time and did not inform me of how the process actually works. I make a appointment to see a doctor and get checked and he writes me a prescription to the pharmacy that I now can't even get. They should've told me that my medical coverage wasn't going to cover my expenses before hand and I wouldn't have came in the first place why would you write a prescription. I go to the pharmacy and they tell me that they dont accept kaiser here so now I'm stuck with no meds and the fee I was charged. Don't waste time with this place, I'm so disappointed that I should've been told this before hand I mean this is a place of business that I'm sure they've delt with lots of patients and that should be discuss wayyyyyyy before hand.

I went to the Beverly Hills location of Horizon Dermatology. The waiting room was tiny, there were practically no Covid safety measurements, and I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. The examination room looked sad. Just a tiny room with blank walls and a few cabinets. Zero effort to make the place look welcoming. The two stars are for the friendly receptionist and the doctor who saw me, though it wasn't even the doctor I originally scheduled my appointment with. PS: there's a tiny speaker playing insanely annoying water sounds. My cat's water fountain sounds more relaxing than that. lol

I was greeted by an uber professional front office! I enjoyed quality time with the PA and even received a personal phone call from Dr. Cole. He welcomed me to his practice and gave me confidence, that Horizon Dermatology is indeed, an excellent choice!!
