For die hard fragrance fans only. It's very expensive & now with inflation it's crazy expensive. Sadly prices have increased approximately $250-$300 since 2020. However, they have some really beautiful pure perfumes & they are extremely concentrated so you only need the tiniest dab. They also offer Eau de parfums and even those are stronger than your typical EDP. The staff that I've interacted with have all been wonderful-friendly, fun, kind and not the least bit snooty (did I mention this place is expensive? ;) The store itself is also beautifully designed, like a little jewel box of scents.

What a gem! This perfumery is one of the best kept secrets in the country, and it happens to be right next to the best watches and jewelry store that I have been to in LA, Westime. When you enter that store, you are immediately captivated by the scents that puts all your senses in alert. The staff is incredible, Elan, Dylan and Darcy are the sweetest, most fun and knowledgeable people with an incredible sense of customer service. I tried all kinds of combinations based on my preferences and they got it right every time. I discovered that I really don’t like rose in perfumes which I suspected I didn’t, but that became extremely evident after sampling and sniffing all kinds of amazing scents. I ended up choosing my all-time favorite, Blue Vanille and I am feeling like a movie star walking the red carpet and making head turns just because of the trail I live behind me. This was an exquisite experience and I recommend anyone who goes to LA to walk through the doors of that incredible and sophisticated boutique

Exceptional product with prices one might expect - which is to say, very expensive. These are no Chanel, Gucci, or even Frederic Malle or Byredo. The scents at Henry Jacques are unique in every sense of the word, and definitely not for everyone. But oh my, is it fun to dream.I had the opportunity to visit the HJ boutique in March with a friend, where Dylan and another man whose name I unfortunately can't recall. It had been a long day out and about in Beverly Hills, but the boutique visit was relaxing and fun with zero pressure to buy. I sniffed dozens of Henry Jacques' scents, including their incredible crystal spinning tops that are otherworldly in their profiles. Scents I particularly enjoyed - Cascador, La Nuit, No. 11 De Sacha, among others - still linger in my mind, along with two words: "one day."The products at Henry Jacques are certainly an investment. It takes a confident person to wear their stuff - and that's certainly something I aspire to.

Henry Jacques carries the best perfume/cologne that I know of. Great, subtle and unique long lasting scent. Beautiful store and packaging. This store is the only location in North America.

Henry Jacques is a bespoke perfumery that only opened to the public about a decade ago. The brand and Henry Jacques Cremona have been making bespoke fragrances for sultans, princes, and celebrities and the ultra wealth since the 70's. While HJ only offers 30 something scents to the public, there are many more exclusives. It's quite the rabbit hole. These are absolutely no expense spared creations not for the initiated. If you have never smelled pure damask rose, you probably won't realize the extraordinary cost that goes into these bottles. Pure rose oil crystalizes, and as such, many of the HJ oils crystalize because they're putting 100's of dollars of pure rose in them. HJ uses real oud in their oud perfumes. These aren't your designer perfumes or 'niche' houses where 3-5 dollars of ingredients go into your 300 dollar bottle. Very few brands can field this quality level of raw materials. The service is spectacular and not at all pretentious. It's very relaxing and therapeutic to spend time in the boutique. The prices are high, yes. But as someone who has smelled 1000s upon 1000s of fragrances, you won't find this level of quality elsewhere. These are 3 dimensional scents.

Bespoke perfume, bespoke service, bespoke experience. Expensive, but excellent quality and worth every penny.

Henry Jacques begun as a bespoke perfume company for a private clientele. It did a brief stint in the US decades ago before returning. While HJ is now open to the public, it still has a lot of that private feel, especially considering there are hundreds of scents but only a handful are offered to the public. These are top tier no expense spared creations not for the uninitiated or those who have only experienced designer fragrances. These are ultra niche with very few other brands even able to be in the same orbit. They are on the upper end of the price range but there really isn't anything else like this out there. I want to be clear, if you are new to perfume, your senses might be a bit overwhelmed. We are very lucky to be able to experience these otherworldly magical creations. The service at this boutique is particularly wonderful and the two who run it are extremely helpful and kind.

Henry Jacques supposedly has been making fragrance for nearly a half-century, but I'd never heard of the guy (or company, or whatever). The boutique, located in the former Serapian space in Two Rodeo, is a small, two-room space lined with dark wainscoting. The fragrances are nice enough, I suppose, but not exactly original or memorable ― certainly not for the stratospheric prices, which, for a half-ounce of parfum, start at $578. (And parfum is mainly what they sell here.) The only thing I found impressive was the audacity of Monsieur Jacques, whoever he is, to sell his uninspired products for such outrageous sums. The gentleman staffing the store was genial, pleasant, and extremely helpful, and he provided excellent service, and I'm adding another star for that. But at Henry Jacques' overblown prices, I don't see myself returning to sniff around again, even out of curiosity.

I experienced the brand a few years back at Harrods and was so excited they finally opened a US boutique. I called the store and spoke to Darcy. She sent me a variety of blotters in different scents and scheduled a phone consultation to discuss. I’m so impressed with the customer service, follow up and most of all the incredible scents. I hope they open a New York store soon!

The Henry Jacques boutique is beyond beautiful! I was mesmerized the moment I walked in, I was transported to a true perfumer in Paris!Darcy greeted me and gave me a tour explaining about the heritage and the know how. From the moment she brought out the beautiful testers to the moment we settled on which my favorites were she took me on an olfactory journey that was truly complimented by her knowledge and captivating story telling. She understood my likes and suggested exactly what I had dreamed up in my head, Vert Galant an earthy but sweet fragrance that captured my essence. Thank you Darcy and Dylan for the most magical fragrance experience of my life!
