The female sales who attended us today 24th December 2023 in the morning, rudely and impatiently told us to “take off your own rings first, do not scratch my ring.” …. I thought that diamond is the hardest stone in the world.

Had the pleasure of visiting HW at BH for a private event. Very nice rooftop deck overlooking Rodeo. The jewelry, well that doesn't need any review. HW offer some of the best there is.

Jewelry is beautiful but service is bad. Sales Lisa wasn’t passionate at all, didn’t introduce anything and was very pushy about selling. She kept asking about what’s our budget and if we decided yet. We only spent 5 mins in the store and left, very unpleasant experience.

I recently purchased my engagement ring and wedding rings from Harry Winston. The quality of the rings is exceptional, and they have exceeded my expectations in every way when I received them. Our salesperson, Lisa, is very responsive and helpful, and surprised me with a lovely gift for my birthday month when I received the rings, which makes the experience more special.

My sales assistant Mrs. Katerina Bobrovska has been the nicest and the most caring person throughout the whole process.I purchased the Engagement ring from her last year, and bought the wedding band recently. The process was very smooth, and Katerina is helpful and reliable. She made me a very happy returning client!

My boyfriend made an appointment to go ring shopping at Harry Winston. Daniel (our salesperson) was professional, polite and very knowledgable. We were treated with kindness, respect and patience. I don't write reviews too often but I have to say this is the BEST HW store ever! The atmosphere inside the store was not only high class but also very friendly at the same time. My wife and I had a great chat with Charles, one of the best salesperson we've met. We can tell he wasn't just one of those ordinary salesperson who is solely trying to make a sale, but he was also very passionate about the brand as well. We expressed our interest on a pendant my wife had always wanted but hard to get, and frankly speaking we didn't put on our hopes up too much at the time. And what do you know, abt 6 weeks later we got a msg from Charles saying the item was available! My wife and I were very excited especially it was actually right around my wife's birthday. We happily purchased it and it really made our day! Thank you Charles!

If you come to visit HW I highly recommend you look for Charles. He's professional, efficient, friendly, and my experience here is wonderful I'd say 80% because of him! For all girls out there, if you are looking for a wedding ring or engagement ring, HW is the place to go! I went to Tiffany and Cartier, Tiffany was ok and experience with Cartier's sales was horrible. Charles真的不错，服务很好！不像隔壁卡地亚sales鼻孔看人真服了

This is the world's best place to buy a piece of jewelry. I will start by saying I have bought many pieces from Tiffany's and Cartier over the years and though nice jewelry the customer service has never been spectacular. When we finally made our way to HW, about a month ago, I brought my teenage daughter and my sister with me to buy my first HW piece. We had read on Yelp that Charles made the experience even better. As luck would have it, we had Charles as our sales representative. He was the most amazing and outstanding sale person I have ever met!! He treated my teenager daughter with respect and made our shopping experience AMAZING! He was polite, listened to what we were looking for, and made sure we were treated like royalty even though we were only buying a smaller purchase. Just when I thought it could not get better I received a surprise in the mail today. A book about HW completely out of the blue. It made my day and brought a smile to my face! If you want a truly unique and a once in a lifetime experience buy from HW and request Charles. You will not be sorry. As for my ring it is exquisite! Thank you Charles! I will be purchasing my next ring from you shortly. Destiny, Daughter, and Sister:-)
