Warehouse employees steal and Saks will charge you for items that never ship and refuse to refund you.

Some employees being rude because of an honest mistake of fact. I was about to park in the underground parking because I thought it was PUBLIC parking (as it was shown on numerous signs). Just because I don’t drive a luxury car does not mean I deserve to be talked down. Would they have treated me better if I drove a fancy car?

I was approached in the Men's Store in Beverly Hills and presented with the new fragrance Brunello Cucinelli Pour Homme. I liked it and said I needed to look no further. I was escorted to the cashier who presented me an iPad and asked for my information and then my form of payment. After completion, I was advised that it will arrive to my home in 3-4 business days. I was never advised they no longer had in store, until I inquired, nor did I know it would be shipped. It was being shipped without even discussing what size I preferred. I was NOT happy but did not make a scene. I figured, old school *Charge/Send* may work out. The cologne arrived today and it is *Pour Femme* also same on my order slip. The cologne is for me and that was made very clear. I've attempted to call ALL departments in the Men's Store @ Saks Fifth Avenue, Beverly Hills, to no avail. I wanted to arrange a return and be advised of procedure, but no answer. I will return cologne tomorrow and take my business back to Neiman Marcus.

This review is about Saks Fifth Avenue’s Online Customer Service, not the Beverly Hills store.
Saks HAS the WORST ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY LUXURY ONLINE RETAILER. The supervisors ARE DISHONEST WITH CUSTOMERS about what they can do to help them. Do yourself a favor and shop at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and other luxury retailers if you want to experience actual adequate customer service that doesn’t leave you frustrated, stressed and angry. Saks’ online customer service does pretty much nothing to help its customer even when the store is in the wrong. Customer service keeps you on the phone for 45+ mins waiting for a supervisor and wasting your time and then the supervisor provides NO HELP. I purchased a gift online. The website said that the product was made of certain materials. When I received the item, it was in fact made of different materials. The person for whom I bought the gift is allergic to certain fabrics so the incorrect information on Saks’ site really caused a problem. Saks takes FOREVER to process refunds. This purchase was for someone’s birthday and was partly purchased with a promotional gift card. Customer service didn’t care that the site misled me. The supervisor with whom I finally spoke after being on the phone for nearly 45 mins didn’t care that if I waited for the return to be processed and the gift card to be reissued that the person’s birthday would have already come and gone. The supervisor refused to give me a new gift card over the phone so that I could buy a replacement gift right away. He said that he couldn’t do that. Well that is not true. I know of instances when Saks has offered electronic gift cards over the phone. He offered me $10 off. He said that was the best that he could do. THIS IS SAKS FIFTH AVENUE. $10 off is a joke. And after I reiterated many times that this issue was Saks' fault and that he as the store's rep had a responsibility to make it right, he said that there was nothing else that he could do besides $10 off. Finally, I told him that he didn't even offer expedited shipping. Then he said that he could offer 4-6 day shipping, not even overnight, but then he said that I wouldn’t get the $10 off. UNBELIEVABLE! Saks Fifth Avenue, the luxury department store, is NICKEL AND DIMING ME. How tacky! Shop at Neimans or Bergdorf! Save yourself the excessive time, frustration, stress, and anxiety that shopping at Saks causes. You can get the same goods elsewhere. It’s not worth it.

I personally think Saks is going to bankrupt soon . I purchased some skincare as a gift. However, it came very late that I had to return it since I gifted something else. After i shipped them back, saks sent an email saying one of the item is used by 25% and they are not refunding me back.
At this point, I’m really tired of talking to the customer service agent because they keep claiming that the decision is made and can’t do any changes.
I requested evidence , they are refusing to give any.
Now I have to pay for something that I didn’t use and don’t need actually.
They said they shipped back the item a week ago. I didn’t even receive the item.
Just be aware!

From an amazing experience in store to a disgraceful after sales experience. The good: Cinthia helped my wife in choosing 3 items and had to order 2. Took payment in full and advised that our items would arrive within a few days which was perfect as we are traveling customers and were returning to Beverly a week later.
Cinthia kept in contact but had bad news when the products got lost in transit. Order now cancelled after paying in full.
The bad: requested the manager call me who was rude and condescending regarding my items and refund. Yes you refunded for the items, but I was still charged overseas transaction fees and am now out of pocket. If we knew the items wouldn’t arrive I wouldn’t have paid in full to start with, thus not having a pointless overseas transaction discrepancy now. The manager could not understand this and hung up on me over the phone and I heard her say ‘I can’t deal with this customer’.
If you can’t deal with an upset customer maybe you should find a different management job cause all I was trying to get across to you was that I'm now out of pocket 20US dollars. Not a big deal, but to hang up on me from an establishment such as Saks Beverly is just dam right rude.
I’ll find out her name and provide it here soon.

I ordered a gown online ànd tried it on the next day. The gown did not fit(left tags on). Returned the gown the next day and received it back saying it was worn and non saleable. How can you wear a gown with tags on and wear it out. I contacted American Express (who I charged the gown on) and so far they are taking Saks word over mine. I told American Express I would send them the gown . What bull shit! I'm still fighting this.
