Be careful buying anything from him. In my opinion, I wouldn't buy anything from him. I have purchased a great amount of jewelry and by far he is the worst person to deal with. He uses some celebrities to make himself look good. You should rely on yourself, but you can't.

Michael is such a professional at what he does. He recently spent 2+ hrs consulting us on diamonds and gold jewelry. My girlfriend and I are starting our own jewelry business and he was nice enough to provide us with advice, knowledge, and past experiences. We completely lost track of time in the process because of how welcoming and friendly he was. I strongly encourage anyone out there looking for high quality diamonds to go seek out his help. He is fair in both his recommendations and pricing. I would give him 10 stars if that was an option here.

WOW I wish I could give them 10 big fat stars!! I've just now purchased my 6th ring from Michael Greene at Greene & Co. and I can't even begin to tell you, don't go to any other jeweler. Here's why:My now husband had my engagement ring made my Michael Greene and it was BEAUTIFUL, however I wanted to add a halo. So I went to a local jeweler near me as I don't live in Beverly Hills and thought it would be easier (my mistake)...I went to James Elliot in Scottsdale, AZ and right off the bat I didn't feel the same sense of professionalism and dedication I felt with Michael and the team at Greene & Co. Nonetheless I was already in there, so I had James make my halo. It wasn't at all what I asked for so I asked him to remake it. Once it was remade, again, he didn't do what I asked and when I asked why, he said, and I kid you not "well that isn't my style." I'm not picky but what? Bye.Fast forward to me reaching out to Michael to fix my halo that James butchered, and he did EXACTLY what I asked for and more. I had so many tiny requests, and he did all of them without question. Not only is he affordable but the work he does is so intricate I honestly don't know how he makes money! Michael did my engagement ring, our wedding bands, my Sister- in-Laws engagement ring, and two other rings to add to my stack. ALL of them are seriously so beautiful.Don't make the mistake I made, and just go to Michael Greene at Greene & Co. The fact that you deal with incredible people here is important, but the finished product being everything you hoped and dreamed for is crucial when buying custom jewelry. We purchased my wedding ring almost 15 years from Michael when he had a location in Sacramento. It was an unforgettable experience. Michael works with many famous and high end clients and he personally treated us with such grace and kindness. He gave us his undivided attention throughout the process and made us feel even more special during this special time. Michael and his staff created a beautiful wedding set for my son and his fiance, as well, even though Michael is no longer located in Northern California. So grateful to have shared these experiences with Michael, Asia and staff.

Michael and his staff provide a personal touch that makes you feel comfortable. I met Michael at a celebrity NFL golf tourney in Sacramento and he immediately became my go to jeweler. While I've missed out on some of his networking opportunities, I've never met a jeweler who was as interested in helping me succeed as a businessman and I'm looking forward to joining him at the Cigar Club once the world recovers from Covid. If you're looking for a jeweler with beautiful pieces at a reasonable price or pieces with an excessive price, Michael is your guy.

I had the pleasure with working with Chau Reich, the Clients Relations Specialist in the Bay Area. She was quick to respond and was very helpful in the process of finding a diamond to designing both of my settings. You can tell she has a love for working with jewelry.
