“I had major problems mailing a package from the Studio City post office to Cincinnati. They acted like they didn't know how to do (or wanted to do) their job. I should have come here, because this UPS Store is very well-regarded by my uncle, who uses it all the time. I needed to mail something else to Cincinnati, so I use the store for the process. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, very helpful, and was even apologetic for what the post office did to me, even though it wasn't necessary for him to do so.
