FYI - If you're looking to go to Louis Vuitton, Rodeo might be a better choice since the wait times are similar, but the lines at Gucci and other stores are shorter at Saks. Less products though. Only went to Saks because Rodeo Drive was too crowded and Saks has their own LV, Fendi, YSL stores. The stores are rather tiny, but had the bags I needed. I didn't get to go to LV since the wait time was 2 hours which was the same for the bigger LV store on Rodeo. The staff here was super nice and attentive.

Chaotic store and atmosphere. Returned designer shoes purchased online that was clearly a display pair with one shoe having scuff marks, slightly dirty soles and some creases from being worn. The sale rep didn't apologize only saying "oh this isnt bad your lucky it isnt in worse condition" and " you might even get one thats worse if you exchange it here". I didnt say anything and astonished at her attitude. I paid alot of money for a new pair of designer shoes. It did not say slightly worn or used condition. If it did I would have went to Saks off or Nordstrom rack. Seriously Ive returned items at Nordstrom and they do everything they can to make it right and the customer happy. Here they make it sound like its your fault. Anyway I asked for a full refund and purchased it from Nordstrom. What was I thinking buying from Saks in the first place. Lesson learned buy from Nieman Marcus or Nordstrom and save yourself some headaches from receiving used items that according to the rep is normal for shoes and then needing to return. Buyer beware thats all!

Eleanor from Chanel boutique at Saks in Beverly Hills ... black curly hair in pony tail and Chanel glasses ... extremely RUDE and has attitude. I was genuinely asking for help and she was pretty much talking me out of buying a purse I was looking at. And every answer was sarcastic and just plain rude and she was like walking away as I was still asking her questions. Seriously don't work there if you don't like your job , are miserable and aren't trying to help people ..... after I left, I regret not making her aware of how she lacks in proper customer service! I should contact a supervisor honestly. Shopping at Chanel on rodeo from now on!

I shop here and love the selection for men. I can find anything, but the help is not what it used to be. But style, fashion and looks are what Saks is about. It's all here. 4 stars because the staff is not great. George Vreeland Hill

Just got off the phone with a salesperson at the Chanel boutique inside saks. I asked for someone to send me a couple of pictures of an item I wanted and a point of contact and the lady was like "we're really busy right now, you can go come in we're open until 7pm" so when I asked for someone's info she just refused to give it to me! I'll remember her voice and I won't give her my business... You just lost a huge sale! Pathetic saleslady that makes nothing yet acts as though she is the queen of the world who isn't struggling to make rent! Lmao

This review is not on behalf of saks but specially regarding Bryan who works in the shoe department. I needed assistance and he went above and beyond to help me! His customer service was beyond exceptional! Bryan - saks is so lucky to have you!! Thank you!!

If you can order it from another department store do it! They will lose your order and then put you through their investigative services which takes two weeks then lose touch with you by changing emails on you that now don't identify as Saks they just say 'orders' so you can be delayed in reading the disappointing news that the investigation is still going on and you need to call another number. Then when you call another number you will be waiting, and waiting until they disconnect you. There's even more to it than that, but I'm tired of the whole story. It's called stealing and I'm out the money because of their whole rigamarole. So basically, if you can find it somewhere other than Saks online go for it.

I won't even give them one star. They don't even deserve one star. I'm beyond disappointed with them. This morning my husband went to pick up Christian Louboutin So Kate for me. Since they don't have my size in South Coast Plaza and I'm wearing them tonight, so my husband have to drive all the way to Beverly Hills. He went there, pick up the shoe and came home. When I first opened the box the paper was all crumbles together and when I saw the shoe I was so angry and about to cry. OMG they sell us a pair of designer shoe that is already been worn. The red sole is all been scratched up, inside the shoe is beyond disgusting. At this moment I was just about to explode. A department store with reputation just sold us a pair of disgusting worn shoes? I called Saks they told me just bring them back and return. Store manager never picks up the phone. That's it? No apology anything? I won't never ever shop with them again. P.s they don't have a customer service number to file complaints,so be aware.

The selection is pretty good. They have a LV boutique, Chanel boutique, Prada boutique, Miu Miu boutique, Gucci boutique, Fendi boutique, Chloe boutique (this one is more like a counter). They have a free coffee cart when there're events like Black Friday or during the holidays which is really thoughtful of them. It's definitely easier to shop at the LV here than the boutique on Rodeo since you need to stand in line to get into the store then wait quite a while for a sales rep to help you at the Rodeo store. They changed the way they validate parking. Instead of stamping your ticket, the parking attendant cuts off a portion of your saks receipt as validation. So you must purchase something from saks for a parking validation basically.

I had an online return and I am unfamiliar with this Saks location and layout. I unknowingly went to the men's side of the street - the employee was really nice, his manager stated that to return anything that was purchased in the "women's" department, I'd have to go to the other side of the street, to the women's department - I understood. So I did. I went to the other side of the street and walked into the shoe department. The gentleman that greeted me and my returns was very nice, he stated I would have to go upstairs to the women's clothing department to return the clothing.I had a single cosmetic item and observed that the department was in front of me just past the escalators.I went for it and went to the appropriate counter and waited. No one was there, I got a lot of looks, typical 6'1" 240 in all black, bald with fluorescent green shoes. I get looks all of the time :)Then, a nice lady made her way all the way from the other end of the store to my location. She introduced herself as Melissa, I stated I had a return and she stated for me to follow her to her station, Chantecaille, where she'd take care of everything."Everything", I must have heard incorrectly. But she did. Because of her kindness and attention to detail, I also inquired about the cosmetics that she was selling and she gave me the rundown, making me a client for life! She was appropriately warm and went beyond her duties to be of great assistance with such a mundane task as handling a return.I only wish great Kharma for Melissa, she did a great job solidifying my future Saks shopping and from the line of cosmetics, she represents. In my business I deal with a lot of people, relocations from all over the world to Los Angeles - I'm so glad I met her and will be referring her a ton of clients.

I shopped here for over 10 years with store shopper Shawn Zahedi. Once she left, I realized the poor quality of everyone and everything in this store. The cosmetic counter is a joke / very poor quality and no desire to work with customers. No wonder online sales of other sites are surging with these horrible employees. Saks will go the way of Barney's soon, RIP

Great products and services alone are not enough to capture sales. Buyers are pretty conscious about brand's environment impact. You may be surprised many of us, who are social responsible ARE willing to wait. I don't need a big box to ship a lipstick or split ship. I can wait till all items arrived at the store 2 weeks later and go pick them up.It cost less to split a shipment but a lot to the Earth.
