Terrible terrible service. Waited 45 plus minutes for a prescription that was called in before I even walked in the door. I was ignored by the staff in the front and felt I was being mocked the whole time. Super rude staff.

I called in, we had a discussion where I gave them my information and my prescription, then they put me on hold, the person would then answer again as if they had not talked to me, and we would have the same discussion again. This happened 3 more times, for a total of 4 times, and I was on hold over 30 minutes. The 5th time I was what we can do to make sure this didn't happen again, and I was ignored, and asked to have the same discussion. When I said I need to make sure this doesn't happen again, I was told I was free to take my business elsewhere, so that is what I will do.

I had a truly frustrating experience with this pharmacy. Their inability to consistently fill prescriptions accurately has left me deeply dissatisfied. The repeated mistakes in prescription orders have not only caused inconvenience but also jeopardized my health.Adding to the ordeal, the employees' rudeness and lack of empathy were truly disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior when seeking healthcare assistance.I would strongly advise against using this pharmacy for your prescription needs. The combination of prescription errors and poor customer service creates an unpleasant and potentially harmful experience for customers. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and respectful pharmacy.

This is the only pharmacy that takes the time to work with my insurance on a tricky prescription. They always fill the prescription quickly and kindly, with the pharmacist available and happy to help me answer all of my questions. Grateful for them!

The staff at the front end are always rude and seem to never have any patience when talking to customers. I've gone into the pharmacy to refill prescriptions and also do it over the phone. They are rude as well over the phone and try to get off the phone as fast as possible and have even sent me the wrong prescriptions before bc of this.

Great pharmacy. Had my doctor phone over my prescription (I was not a previous client of the pharmacy) and they literally called me a few hours later to say my prescription was ready. When I got there I needed help with my medication and the pharmacist went over the medication in detail with me. Also, the medication I have is sold out at most other pharmacies. Will be coming here from now on.

I used to have all my prescriptions sent here. They deliver which makes life easier. Recently, every time I have called to ask a question or request an update on a prescription I have been treated so poorly. The female technicians are aggressive and rude as best. Too many option out there to deal with this level of rudeness.

a very rude woman called me to let me know my prescription was ready. when i questioned the cost (because last time it was cheaper) she got heated and told me "feel free to go elsewhere to get your meds" - thanks, i will.
